i only spent one night here between two flights. the room was large and very well equipped. the staff is very friendly. free bus shuttle to and from the airport. all in all a very pleasant stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel may not be brand new, but it’s truly wonderful – surrounded by beautiful greenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the young dark-haired bartender working at the pool bar, who was exceptionally attentive. The pool is excellent, with comfortable sun loungers. Guests also have free access to a nearby private beach, which is a great bonus. Although the hotel is located slightly outside the city, you can easily reach Catania city center or the airport in just 10–15 minutes by Uber. Breakfasts might be a bit repetitive, but there’s definitely plenty to choose from. Overall, the value for money is outstanding!

Private beach access and pool nearby are always good. There is a lot of parking space. Everything is clean and beautiful. All are friendly and helpful.

Great location right in the city centre. Salvo was an excellent host and helped us organise taxis. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The room had air con and a fridge to store cold drinks which were needed in the heat! The hotel is set in a beautiful old building with secure doors and very quiete inside

Palazzo Marletta is a beautiful boutique hotel in the very heart of Catania, just a few steps from the Duomo. The building has history and has been elegantly renovated, combining charm and comfort. The staff were truly amazing – attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Despite the language barrier, they organized an excursion for me and even helped me get to the mall. My room was cleaned twice a day, which was a wonderful touch. The only downside was that breakfast was à la carte and not a buffet. Overall, the hotel offers a real sense of luxury and personal care.

It has an old charm that took me back to the hotels we’d stay at on foreign school trips. I liked it. (The photos were taken from my window)

This place was fantastic! Well situated! But the best was the staff! They were so kind and helpful! The breakast was delicious !!!

The hotel went over and above our expectations and gave us a wonderful warm welcome. Rita and the team at the front desk were exceptional. The parking is convenient- you can pull up outside the hotel and they will valet for you. We have a welcome glass of Prosecco and they honored our special occasion with a bottle in the room later. We had a fantastic room with a balcony. Air conditioning was good and overall a very pleasant nights sleep. Breakfast on the top floor was very nice and service was excellent. Our only complaint was that we just spent one night - next time we will stay for longer! Thank you!

Ms.Marilena who takes care of the rooms is very friendly and helpful. Convenient location, especially close to the wide public parking Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. The room is spacious and clean. The common kitchen area is spacious, and free coffee and sweets are available, which is convenient if one would like a quick and light breakfast.

Modern, clean, quiet, is a great base for exploring eastern Sicily. Excellent dining experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. We’ll definitely come back!

Breakfast was very good. Every day the housekeeper was changing the towels. Very nice hotel with kind and professional staff. Definitely we will comeback!

Everything about Charme is perfect, the location, the staff, the room was sensational, the breakfasts were very good. We loved this place. We stayed four nights. One of the bonuses was having the wonderful buskers from the piazza below.
