The hotel was very accommodating when I made a mistake in the dates of my booking, and a new booking was given for the correct dates at no extra charge.

I was on a business trip. The hotel facilities are excellent for business travellers. All the staff are very professional and helpful. The location is also close to various lido's well located for vacation/holiday makers.

This is very nice hotel in the center . The location is perfect and also the A/C is really perfect working. The staff very friendly . And also the room is nice and clean .

Cheerful, helpful staff, lovely room overlooking the Duomo square. Right in the centre full of shops and places to eat. No lift which means I left fitter than when I arrived!

The rooms are well designed, spotless, and tastefully furnished, combining modern style with comfort. Some offer a wonderful view of Mount Etna or the city, which makes the stay even more special. Everything about Charme is perfect, the location, the staff, the room was sensational, the breakfasts were very good. We loved this place. We stayed four nights. One of the bonuses was having the wonderful buskers from the piazza below.

Everything…this so nice hotel in it’s typical sicilian style has super clean rooms. Very friendly staff, very helpful too. Breakfast was good and very nice done on the roof terrasses. The location was perfect. This hotel was exactly what we needed for our trip!

The property was incredibly clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were the first people to check in to this hotel on the day that it opened as our flight had been cancelled, and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating. We felt really well looked after.

Excellent location to visit Catania on foot, secure parking inside the property, good breakfast buffet. Spacious room, comfortable bed; our bathroom needs a complete renovation though. Views to the Etna from the breakfast terrace. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special mention for Estefanía at the breakfast room, she is superb, very caring and professional. Everyday has a big smile for everybody.
