Excellent venue, perfect home-made Easter cake baked by owner's mother for breakfast. Great coffe and recommendation of sicilian food to try out by the owner. The place is run by two, very friendly brothers. I will come back if I will be in the city again.

Giorgio was the nicest host ever! He allowed late check in with clear instructions on Whatsapp. The room was super quiet, pleasant, nice bed, wifi, TV(which we didn't use at all but still has it), absolutely wonderful bathroom which is spaceous and has huge mirror. Wonderfully designed and furnished apartment with everything you need and more, two minutes walk from the centre. Very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen with things you don’t always get in other places. We had even coffee! Beautiful bathroom and a washing machine plus dryer. But most importantly the superbly kind hosts, to whom we would like to wholeheartedly thank for all the caring and making sure we are OK. Grazie mille! This really made our stay unforgettable.

If you are looking for an area that is less touched by...

If you are looking for an area that is less touched by tourism but still with plenty of facilities in resort, you can not go wrong. Public transport can take you into Catania (about 40 mins) for historical visit and choice of shopping experiences, but the long flat promenade, excellent restaurants. We dinned mostly at Pellegrino Pizzeria as the stay are so friendly, very good food and very reasonable prices. Walking between AciTrezza and AciCastello is very easy for a change of scenery and there are wide choices of boat trips from the harbour. There are also several diving companies for those looking to go under the water rather than view it on top.

Catania is only 15-20 minutes drive by car, depending on the traffic. Acitrezza was peacefull and we found the locals very kind, friendly and open hearted people. We dined well at Tratoria da Federico where we had delicious oysters fresh from local waters. Unfortunatelly there is no posibility to walk alongside the sea more than a few hundred meters.

The location is great for traveling north and south of the town. The view from the terrace is lovely! We arrived at night and it was a special surprise in the morning. The kitchen is very tiny and we were unable to reheat leftovers due to the lack of a microwave and our inability to use the oven. We were very thankful for the washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the rack on the terrace.

Great little place, with some good restaurants and excellent beaches for snorkelling and swimming with warm clear seas. The locals are really friendly and its not insanely busy or too quiet (In Aug).

Acitrezza is a very beautiful village and is special due to...

Acitrezza is a very beautiful village and is special due to the famous rocks called Faraglioni. Is a perfect location for visiting the eastern part of Sicily, There are nice restaurants, with good fish, pasta and pizza and of course very good ice-cream. You can have a nice walk on the promenade near the see and walk to Acicastello to see the Norman Castle. There are lots of places to take a bath from the rocks but also some platforms built over the see, with sunbeds and stairs to get into the water. From the harbor you can have boat trips.

This b&b is a treasure find. In the centre of Acitrezza which is a small touristy area 30 mins from Catania with nice bars and good restaurants. We stayed 4 nights but wish it could have been longer. Our host, Salvo, could not do enough to please us to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Spotlessly clean. Abundant breakfast.

I liked a lot the Hotel. The swimming pool, the bar at the swimming pool, the rooms, the bathrooms, the balconies. The most I like the staff. They were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. I liked especially Giovanni at the swimming pool bar! He was always very nice!

Santo is a wonderful host. He try to solve all of your demands. The room cleaned every day.The house is in a very good position, not too far, not too close to Catania, and it has own closed parking place, in about 100m.
