The management team have successfully created a team that works effectively together. Well done! The breakfast selection was comprehensive, and the chef prepared excellent evening meals.

The front office was amazing. The young lady (with short blonde hair) I forgot her name was fantastic. She solved our small issue really quickly with a big smile and friendly attitude.

We had originally stayed at another hotel, but we had to make a complaint because it did not look like the photos and did not meet the expected standard. After that disappointing experience, we booked this hotel last minute, and we are very happy that everything worked out perfectly. The location was excellent: only about a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a supermarket right next to the hotel and a pizzeria nearby. Everything we needed during our stay was within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and all staff members, including the housekeeping team, were extremely kind and welcoming. The receptionist took the time to explain everything to us, including the breakfast arrangements, and always greeted us warmly whenever we met him. The service was truly exceptional and made us feel more like part of a family than ordinary guests. We especially appreciated the understanding and flexibility of the staff, who even allowed us to check out 1.5 hours later without any extra charge. Our room had a small balcony, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had no problems at all during our stay. The value for money was outstanding. For this price, the hotel offers excellent quality and, above all, top-level service. We would gladly return, and honestly, we cannot think of any negative aspects. Highly recommended!

Perfect location to visit both Mondello and Palermo, really nice people and good food

The staff were so lovely and helpful with my pregnant wife. Helping us with anything we needed. The food and service was exceptional. Very chilled vibe. We will definitely stay again.

My husband & I stayed 5 nights recently. This is a charming property , 3 Min walk to the beach., with lovely private garden. A mature& quiet neighbourhood. Our room was spacious, with very comfortable bed. Bathroom, with fabulous shower, & Beautiful shower gel& shampoo provided. Carla is charming host & with her team run a great hotel. Breakfast is provided each morning & was delicious, served on the the terrace in a beautiful garden . She arranged airport taxi transfers for us too.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Addaura Hotel. The location right by the sea is absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. A special thank you to Alessio for his warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Always smiling and helpful, he truly made our experience even more memorable. The pool and outdoor areas are also very well maintained. A little haven of peace just a short distance from Mondello. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel is not renewed and not too comfortable but….. THE VIEW!!! OH MY!!! THE VIEW!!!! They have been so lovely to upgrade us to a sea view room and it was just amazing! And the sunset!!!! Seriously… just these were worth every penny. Great and clean swimming pool, staff absolutely helpful and polite, always with a smile! If the rooms are not so nice… it is not an issue, believe me! We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location to tour West Sicily and a super spacious well equipped apartment.

The host of the hotel was my favorite … I’am not joking, they are brilliant .. all of them! The place is spotless … very clean, room, swimming pool… all around too. Great place if you like to rest but also if you like to see some places there is a bus to Palermo and train .

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The individual approach to guests made us feel special, and everything was simply perfect. The massages were absolutely unbeatable — pure bliss. I would also like to give special praise to the reception team, who are incredibly kind and welcoming. In particular, I want to thank the gentleman who works the night shift. I had some issues with my gums and needed warm water to rinse my mouth, and he kindly brought it to me every single night. His thoughtfulness and care truly touched me.

The location of this room is fantastic. You walk out the front door and straight to the left is the beautiful backing of the cathedral. You are practically in the cathedral! Cafes and bars just outside the apartment. Great great value. And the hosts I met are very nice.
