Cinisi was our last stop in our Sicily trip.
Cinisi was our last stop in our Sicily trip. We chose it because our flight was early morning and we didn't want to spend 1 hour on the road from Palermo city to Palermo Airport in the morning. We spent the last night here and we were surprised by the city. I never had any expectation going there, but when we got there, it was a very beautiful city. Very organized and clean and very walkable, and a relaxing spot before leaving.

The old town was sweet.
The old town was sweet. Just what you want for anything plus nice eateries. We were there very briefly to catch flights each time. The high walls, barbed wire, some guard dogs with a lot of nice properties were disconcerting. As two women traveling it made us nervous. We didn’t stay long enough to get a sense if that nervousness was warranted. Great accommodations though.

The location steps from Sunset Beach is very handy, since it's also a 13-minute drive to rentalcar return at Palermo airport. We had an early flight, so it was fun to spend our last afternoon at the beach. The restaurant was also fairly good and obviously quite popular with local families. The only shortcoming of our room was that it was a handicapped room with an open shower that basically flooded half the bathroom floor. That said, there was plenty of hot water and the supplied hair/body gel worked better than our own products in the extremely mineral-laden water. (Definitely buy some bottled drinking water.) The price was also great.

A typical coastal area with not a wide variety of choices...
A typical coastal area with not a wide variety of choices but a couple of decent beaches and some places to eat and have a drink.. If you're not too demanding, you want to have some peaceful holidays - especially with family - and be really close to the airport, why not choose Cinisi?

There aren't many tourists here, but you'll run into them all around.
People here are extremely friendly and happy to help with anything. 💛
And the best is the coffee in the coffeshop 😋☕ With a small dessert. 🥧🍮🍰 And great ice cream. 🍨🍧🍦
The beautiful Magaggiari beach⛱️, which is not crowded in the off-season.
I think there will be many tourists in the season.
We were lucky, we went out of season and the stay and the beach were really quiet and pleasant.🙏🎉🍀

The house, yard, and hosts were simply amazing!!
The house, yard, and hosts were simply amazing!! There were sun loungers and table and chairs outside, and the inside bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were immaculate! The kitchen was stocked with a large variety of breakfast foods, and when the coffee machine stopped working, our host was kind enough to go out and buy us another one. A wonderful stay and great way to end our trip to Sicily!!

Highly recommended to all flying in and out of Palermo airport
The best B&B we have found in Cinisi and after flying there twice a year for the past 8 years !!

We had a great time at our stay here in Sicily! The apartment was located in a beautiful town, walking distance to many bars and good restaurants, close to the beach and Palermo. The apartment was beautiful and had a nice patio overlooking the town as well! The host, Rosi, was amazing too! She was very quick to respond and help in any way possible. She gave us a ride to pick up our rental car at the airport the day after we checked in and treated us to a coffee and breakfast as well. I would highly recommend her and this stay!

The lovely Vincenza should be the person whom anyone visiting Sicily for the first time should meet as an ambassador for the best of Sicilian hospitality. She dealt with our worries about queues about the new system to enter the EU and the car park queues so efficiently.
She was there to welcome us when we finally arrived and, by the morning, a wonderful breakfast was organised with her mum’s wonderful strawberry jam!
An open-hearted Wonder Woman - stay there if you can!

Great place to stay close to the airport. This business is primarily a family run restaurant with rooms on the 1st floor. We dined at the restaurant and found the best dining experience in Sicily. The Spaghetti alle Vongole was wonderful. The receptionist was very helpful and pleased to assist with the checkin. Unfortunately we had an early flight and could only wonder what we missed out on for breakfast! The room was quite functional and clean and the bed satisfactory.

Salvatore! Loveliest man in the whole of Sicily, real gentleman.
The apartment was great value for money, located near the airport which we needed as we arrived late at night.
Salvatore picked us up and dropped us off at the car rental office the next day.
