I got a room with very bad Air Conditioning, but as soon as i requested to change the room, they did straight away. Thanks to the staff.

It was a good stay in this hotel. WiFi was on high speed, room was clean. The personel was very helpful and nice. Location is perfect for walking around the city on foot. Breakfast was also tasty, it was something sweet but not only, You could make a sandwich also. It was a really good stay for me

The staff is super nice and helpful (gave us advice, helped us with directions, allowed us to check out super early with no issues). The hotel itself is really close to the Palazzo dei Normani and about 15-20 minutes walk from the center. This was perfect for us because the city center can get quite busy so it was nice being able to escape to a quieter area at night. It is also about a 20 minute walk from the Palermo Central station but you also have a ton of bus options if you prefer to take transportation. The room we stayed in was big and spacious with a super comfortable bed, plus a nice balcony to enjoy the night breeze. Breakfast had great croissants and fresh fruit every morning. All in all we were really happy with the hotel and we think it's a great choice when visiting Palermo.

Overall our stay was very comfortable and convenient. Perfect and rich breakfast everyday from early in the morning. Very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Free parking on side was very helpful since we arrived by car. A wonderful restaurant next to the premises was high class dinning at affordable prices. Super clean and a/c always on to find our rooms always fresh. The grass garden also very nice to have a drink or just stroll and relax.

very helpful staff, very clean, central location, good bed, quiet room (despite thin walls), very good italian breakfast, aircon worked very well, had everything you need, perfect also for several nights on a non-luxury budget.

The room turned out to be spacious and cozy. I’d especially like to mention the reception staff — they were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Casa Nostra is located in the heart of the city, few meters away from Massimo Theatre. The junior suite are excellent in every way, the staff and the team are very helpful and very warm. The garden is really magnificent, it is very pleasant to take your breakfast outside on the terrace. We'll definitely come back.

Perfect location in Palmero, just a few minutes walk from everything. Great linens and comfortable bed. And a lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

very clean, pleasant smell in the hotel and room, which is very important to me. Breakfast is standard - coffee and croissant. but the service of the girl at the reception is a different story. I have not seen this in the best hotels. This is a VIP service. it's like you're in a sail hotel in Dubai. For her sake I would return to this hotel 100%

This is a hotel in city centre, everything is walking distance, safe and clean neighbourhood. We checked in via code as reception was closed at the time of our arrival, but instructions were very clear and detailed.
