I had a truly wonderful stay at Addaura Hotel. The location right by the sea is absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. A special thank you to Alessio for his warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Always smiling and helpful, he truly made our experience even more memorable. The pool and outdoor areas are also very well maintained. A little haven of peace just a short distance from Mondello. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall our stay was very comfortable and convenient. Perfect and rich breakfast everyday from early in the morning. Very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Free parking on side was very helpful since we arrived by car. A wonderful restaurant next to the premises was high class dinning at affordable prices. Super clean and a/c always on to find our rooms always fresh. The grass garden also very nice to have a drink or just stroll and relax.

The location was quite stunning, and within walking distance of the little village shops. The breakfast was healthy, varied and plentiful. You could keep returning for more.

Great staff and service, always trying to meet the guests needs

We had originally stayed at another hotel, but we had to make a complaint because it did not look like the photos and did not meet the expected standard. After that disappointing experience, we booked this hotel last minute, and we are very happy that everything worked out perfectly. The location was excellent: only about a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a supermarket right next to the hotel and a pizzeria nearby. Everything we needed during our stay was within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and all staff members, including the housekeeping team, were extremely kind and welcoming. The receptionist took the time to explain everything to us, including the breakfast arrangements, and always greeted us warmly whenever we met him. The service was truly exceptional and made us feel more like part of a family than ordinary guests. We especially appreciated the understanding and flexibility of the staff, who even allowed us to check out 1.5 hours later without any extra charge. Our room had a small balcony, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had no problems at all during our stay. The value for money was outstanding. For this price, the hotel offers excellent quality and, above all, top-level service. We would gladly return, and honestly, we cannot think of any negative aspects. Highly recommended!

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta. Stanza pulita completa dell'essenziale. A disposizione anche un piccolo frigo/freezer dove riporre le proprie bevande. Parcheggio moto al coperto molto gradito.

The most beautiful property, but beauty supported by exceptional staff and service. Every detail had been thought out, and before you even think of something the staff have read your mind and have it ready for you. The drivers were excellent, the breakfast is sensational, the cocktails and bar the best in the world and a fabulous way to see Palermo.

I got a room with very bad Air Conditioning, but as soon as i requested to change the room, they did straight away. Thanks to the staff.

The most beautiful property we were on in Sicily. All the details were on point, in the villa and in the garden. Emanuela was a superstar, and helped me to surprise my girlfriend with lovely flowers in the room. We will be back for sure!
