Nice apartament, spaciuos bathroom. Polite staff.

We would like to express our big thanks for the wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was simply incredibly kind, warm and helpful, which made our entire stay very pleasant. Matía not only willingly advised us about buses and printed out timetables to the beach and back, but also took the initiative to prepare maps and recommendations for places to visit during our stay - all above and beyond his duties. When we needed help with renting a car due to our language barrier, he willingly came out of his working hours and called the car rental company, which was a great help. Manuela, in turn, took us from the hotel to the beach with a big smile when she saw us standing at the bus stop. She greeted us every morning with a sincere big smile, as if we were not just guests, but close friends. When we were leaving, Matía showed us via maps where to find the bus to the airport, which was very useful and shows how much the hotel values its guests. The accommodation was wonderful - a spacious room with a beautiful wooden design that provided us with complete comfort. Towels were changed every day, which was great. Overall, we can only express our enthusiasm for this hotel and its staff. They are truly the best employees we have ever met. We recommend it with all ten.

Beautiful old style hotel with panoramic views across Trapani

The views from pretty much every part of the hotel were absolutely spectacular. Being used to traveling off season I didn't mind the spa not being open or not having lunch options at the hotel. I was out during the day anyways. The staff was very friendly throughout. My favorites were the girls from the reception. Loredana and Laura. Absolute sweethearts. They made me feel very welcome and were happy to help with every request and always up for a little chat. I had a fantastic time at the hotel and would definitely recommend staying here!

Hello, we visited Trapani and stayed at the Albergo Russo hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town of Trapani. We think the location is excellent. Beautifully located with the atmosphere of a Sicilian city. Everywhere very close, to attractions as well as shops, restaurants and pubs. The hotel has excellent staff, very nice and friendly people. The room was large air-conditioned, nice, equipped with everything you need on the trip, there is also a safe, in the bathroom hair dryer. If someone needs a board and an iron for ironing, just ask at the reception and the lady will deliver to the room. The rooms as well as the whole hotel are very clean. Rooms cleaned daily with towel change. If someone needs a taxi, it is also enough to ask at the reception, and you organise everything. The hotel also has an elevator. The apartment was new, comfortable, well-equiped and beautifuly designed, with balcony and great seaview. Very comfy bed. It was cleaned everyday, we felt realy cared for. The Staff of the hotel was very nice and supportive. A great advantage was the opportunity of renting bikes for free in the hotel. Breakfast was not very varied, but everything was fresh and delicious.

We had a pleasant stay in this very nice hotel located in the old town not far from the centre. The staff were very friendly and approachable, and very willingly gave us advice on things to do and places to go. The best praise we can give an apartment is to say that we would definitely stay here again the time we're in Trapani.
