The staff from reception, cleaning services, the spa (very reasonable prices for treatments) the waiters at restaurant morning and evening . Absolutely brilliant so helpful. Not forgetting the lifeguards.very well organised. . Food for breakfast and evening dinner 1st class loads of choice and different every evening, the location on the beach was breathtaking 👌. Even the bus service in and out of trapani was great very cheap , would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice location on the main shopping street, very easy to find. Parking available just in front of the house (paid till 8pm) or for free 2 streets farther. The appartment was well equiped, clean and comfortable. In walking distance to the city centre and to a beach.

The accommodation was very nice, clean, and in an excellent location in the city center, yet there was no noise from the street, which was great. Everything was nearby, and I received very clear and easy-to-understand instructions for the accommodation — it is very well organized. The room was very nicely and modernly furnished. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty; it was not overcrowded, but there was everything you needed. I would definitely recommend it because I could not have chosen a better location.

The flat it was clean and had the home facilities, eg. coffees machine, pots and pans, the kitchenette was easy to use, in the flat the were a lots of books which we enjoy a lots and a book about Sicily. It was lovely to sit and enjoy our meals in the balcony or sitting and watching the seaside and the swimming pool. It was a very lovely

Apartment is good equipped, we had all necessary for comfortable staying. Air conditioners were working as necessary. Apartment is close to excellent beach with all necessary.

Location - 50 meters from the public beach, grocery shop is in 5 minutes walking distance, there is bakery and restaurant very nearby. Apartment - in the new building, very comfortable and spacious, sound insulation is good: you almost do not hear the noises from the street, nice view. Facilities - outfitted with two air conditioning units and everything you need for living. There is a swimming pool at the ground level. Manager - helpful and was always contactable.

The property totally excedeed my expectation: supercomfy beds and pillows, huge bathroom (as big as the room), silent aircon, good taste in interior decoration. Salvatore was always helpful for any issue through whatsapp. Bar and restaurant available at the main floor. I would definitely go back!

Located just by the sea in very quiet area. Rooms are big enough. Kitchen well equipped. External shower in backyard - good idea. Every day external facilities are cleaned. Staff very nice and friendly.

Fabio is an amazing host. He called before arrival and kindly explained everything needed. The cleaning lady was super sweet and they made me feel welcome. I strongly recommend renting a car because it is a bit furher from buses and trains but general area is directly by sea shore.
