Everything! It was a hidden gem!

Lovely ambience, breakfast was also very nice - the options were great. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and was very comfortable at all times. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were so lovely. There was always a beautiful scent surrounding the property with a wall of jasmine flowers. The hotel also had a grocery store right opposite which was very handy.

The staff were always helpful and tried to resolve our doubts. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good

Very convenient location, 2 minutes from the hotel the railway station, 3 stops then change to the metro and you are in the center of the old city. Delicious breakfast. The staff is always ready to answer any questions and help as much as possible. Thank you, everything was as comfortable as possible. I arrived before check-in time and was immediately moved into a room (there was such an opportunity). There was a very lack of iron and cups or glasses in the room. Everything else is great.

Perfect location for Gemelli hospital, right opposite the main entrance

Wide, spacious and comfortable rooms. A friendly welcome. Friendly and helpful receptionists! Art atmosphere. A perfectly adequate breakfast. It shows how skillfully a former building with a different purpose has been converted into a spacious hotel. Unlike downtown hotels, here the staircases are wide, the ceilings are high and there are lots of open spaces. Regular and frequent bus connection to the Vatican and St. Angelo. Train station at 500 m. Both airports are accessible by train in 1h.20 and by public transport - a little more difficult.

The hotel is in a quiet area where embassies are located. Very good breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. An enjoyable stay.

Professionalism, cleanliness and a great breakfast.

For the second time the Hotel Zone was excellent. Friendly staff, clean and 4-stars facilities. Highly recommend

We have stayed at the hotel several times and have always encountered genuine kindness from the entire staff. The location, cleanliness, helpfulness, internet, everything is at a high level. They cater to all needs. The breakfast is varied, there is a large selection for everyone. Possibility of a nice dinner. Thank you for your hospitality.

A big YES!!!...The place is quiet... I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The guy at the information desk was kind and polite. The room and bathroom were very cute and clean. My boyfriend and I have made reservations again. I recommend this hotel.

If you did not purchase the Vatican ticket beforehand as i did, it is the best affordable option for you because the hotel is in the 15 minute walking area of Vatican, we were able to get up have breakfast and be on queue on time. Also the breakfast was amazing 😍 the staff is caring and smile faced. Rooms are okay, even they taked care of other socket type as the Italian ones are different. Also the hotel has elevator so you do not need to take your luggage with stairs. Distance to other sightseeing is also okay, for example i used metro for Villa but bus to Pantheon. There is a bus station near the hotel.

A really beautiful property, our room was lovely , the view from our balcony was beautiful and the staff were all lovely!

Location is fine . Everything was clean and comfortable . Very close to Vatican by walking. Close to metro station Cipro.

Good location, very kind stuff.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the hairdryer was great, and the breakfast was good.

A great find for our group to stay in as we were walking the Camino Francigena. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great

The quiet and serene environment

Had an early flight, so I got my breakfast to go in a bag. It was ready at the reception early in the morning! I really appreciated it, thank you!
