A lovely hotel in a peaceful area but easy to get to centre

The location might be about 20 minutes by car from Rome city center, but it is so beautiful that it is totally worth it if you are by car. I don’t know about public transportation, It’s very clean, everybody is very nice and polite and although you are a bit outside of the city, It’s like the countryside, very quiet and relaxing! Breakfast might be simple, but basically you have everything you need .

The staff were always helpful and tried to resolve our doubts. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good

Wide, spacious and comfortable rooms. A friendly welcome. Friendly and helpful receptionists! Art atmosphere. A perfectly adequate breakfast. It shows how skillfully a former building with a different purpose has been converted into a spacious hotel. Unlike downtown hotels, here the staircases are wide, the ceilings are high and there are lots of open spaces. Regular and frequent bus connection to the Vatican and St. Angelo. Train station at 500 m. Both airports are accessible by train in 1h.20 and by public transport - a little more difficult.

Beautiful, quiet location close to metro and Vatican museums. Staff is so kind and helpful, the room is clean and spacious, and the bed is extremely comfy. They're offering pretty good breakfast. Highly recommended!

The quiet and serene environment

Everything was clean,room service was very good Breakfast was also good,lots of options to choose from The staff was amazing,they went above and beyond with my requests They made sure everything was perfect,many thanks to Matteo and the team! The hotel was situated in a calm area,not to far from the bus station Overall,the hotel was definitely worth it’s price and I would highly recommend it

I could not speak more highly of Niccolo. He was such a fantastic host. I was admitted to hospital on our last night in Rome. This caused me to miss my flight home. Niccolo was very understanding and allowed me to stay at the apartment while I had to wait to get a flight home when I was discharged from hospital. He did not have to do this and showed real human compassion. If you stay here you know you are in good hands with him if something goes wrong. The apartment itself is very nice and tidy and compact. The shower is great. The bed was comfy. Perfect for a break in the wonderful city of Rome. We went to watch AS Roma play and the stadium is about a 15 minute walk away. All other sites and attractions are within easy reach. Buses and Metro which are easy to use. The area is quite busy with good restaurants and cafes and gets quite lively at night, but its not noisy when you are in the apartment. Overall its the perfect place for a trip to Rome whatever the occasion you are visiting for, highly recommend staying at Niccolos place. Thank you Niccolo you are a star.
