The property has a feel of a home with many of the staff the family owners. Christian and Manuel’s mother presides over the hotel & restaurant and the friendly service was exceptional. The jewel in the crown is the amazing restaurant specialising in risotto. The breakfast was also delicious.

It was very out of the way and it was disappointing that their restaurant wasn’t open Monday night and we had to drive 10 kms into Vercelli to find somewhere for dinner
