My family & i had a great stay. We really appreciated how welcoming, very helpful & super nice our host Corinna - was. Communication and instructions were excellent from the start. She answered all our questions clearly, honestly. Everything on site & stay matched even better than description - especially the out-door made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The place was supper clean, well organized, and very practical for a holiday. You can tell the host genuinely cares about his guests, not just about the booking itself. We would gladly stay here again and can confidently recommend this place to anyone looking for a straightforward, well-located accommodation.

Small village, can not say such about what you can do on foot in the area as it was raining the whole time we were visiting. If you have a car, the location is not bad, (N/A for ski as we didn't try it this time)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel Managers have given a lot of bonuses, such as upgraded rooms, free ski lockers, a free one day ski pass and a ski rent discount. The chefs were brilliant (worth Michelin). The overall experience was superb. Moreover the location is perfect as well, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the ski lifts to the mountain (just accross the road). The pools are great for relaxing after skiing as well as supply of wide veraiety of saunas.

The hotel itself is amazing and the location is great. It is a bit outside but we loved the windy roads up there. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, room is great and has a really good size. We were upgraded and had a room with a balcony overlooking the valley - this was a nice plus! The food was outstanding, you‘ll get a five course meal every evening and it was delicious. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Spacious and bright apartment in just 5 mins walk from Perca ski station. Fully furnished kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Huge panoramic windows with a direct view to Kronplatz. Very helpful hosts supplied free of charge access to parking and locker box at ski station for the equipment.

The location is quite close to the Perca ski lift, property offers free parking at the ski lift area which comes in very handy or at least is one worry less for visitors. :) Communication with the host was on the highest possible level!
