It was an amazing location, it was so easy to navigate and exceptionally clean rooms. The staff were so accommodating and easy, they made the stay so enjoyable. An amazing view from outside with lots of lounging room. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, I would stay there again.

Absolutely amazing place! Lovely atmosphere, great location and totally fabulous breakfasts! Maria is truly amazing, our son loved everything about the place and she was so kind she borrowed him huge toys boxes and he ended up playing also with her son. This place is home away from home. That can’t be described in words… you have to live it. All the guests were so friendly… we can’t wait to be back!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful. Whole area is perfect for hiking. The view from the window was amazing!

The only truly positive experience during the stay was the Michelin-star restaurant. Both the food and the service there were excellent. It is a pity that such a high-quality restaurant operates within a hotel where the rest of the service falls significantly short of expectations.

The people were extremely nice and helpful the property was cozy and the room and bed outstanding with a great spa facility in the building and good storage area for skis. The Salad buffet was outstanding and food generally good.

What a fabulous hotel and staff. Room was gorgeous with lovely little touches; spotless throughout the stay. Large spotless bathroom (full size shower). Breakfast had a good variety - I recommend the eggs (boiled, scrambled or fried) and bacon. All staff so friendly and accommodating. Loved it.

Absolutely perfect. Very generous sized room with a kitchenette supplied with everything you could possibly need. Stylish amazing property with lovely touches of hospitality everywhere. The warm engaging staff were most helpful and generous. Location was exceptional. The view was spectacular! Everything was charming. Also slept like a baby with the black out blinds. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The hotel was very comfortable, great location for a summer holiday hiking or biking in the Val Gardena Dolomites and Alpe Di Suissi. The spa was great for relaxing after an exhausting day with indoor and outdoor pools.

Freindly staff and high service. The dinner was fantastic and you could chose between several different choises. Good service in the morning where you were driven to the skilifts.
