Very nice view, welcoming owners. We loved it and would choose it again when we return!

Excellent location, just a short walk from the town centre. Wonderful breakfast. Great staff that is always happy to help and suggest activities for the day. Fantastic views. The room is cleaned every day.

Worth staying for the food alone, the half board deal is excetional value

We had a very warm and friendly welcome when we first arrived. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view and the property is in a great location. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice so it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Everything - the staff and the host, the warm and peaceful place, the sound of the river. The host gave us best guidance. Thank you!

Delicious dinner, friendly staff, spa.

The only truly positive experience during the stay was the Michelin-star restaurant. Both the food and the service there were excellent. It is a pity that such a high-quality restaurant operates within a hotel where the rest of the service falls significantly short of expectations.

Wery nice stuff and everything, just locacion in hill when nead go up after bar late night:(

The people were extremely nice and helpful the property was cozy and the room and bed outstanding with a great spa facility in the building and good storage area for skis. The Salad buffet was outstanding and food generally good.

The staff was polite, always ready to help. It was clear that the hotel pays attention to every detail. The kitchen in the bistro is wonderful. It fully met all of our expectations.

Visited first weekend in Oct. Breakfast was excellent , needed for a day of hiking. Pool.and spa added to experience of the area with mountain views.

An Exceptional Experience — One of the Best Hotels We Have Ever Stayed At Our entire experience at Granbaita and in the Dolomites was absolutely outstanding. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. It offers a rare combination of luxury, impeccable professionalism, and genuinely personal hospitality, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms are beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and clearly recently renovated. Every member of staff, from reception to the restaurant team and waiters, was truly TOP-NOTCH: attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and always welcoming. Beyond their professionalism, the entire team makes you feel like part of one big, happy family. Their warmth and genuine care are unmistakable, and you can truly feel that their hospitality comes from the heart. What makes this hotel even more exceptional is everything included in your stay. The fact that you can enjoy electric bikes, guided excursions, and a variety of other activities AT NO EXTRA COST is simply incredible. Combined with the quality of the hotel and its service, this makes the entire experience an 11/10 and returning an absolute no-brainer. A very special thank you to MIRKO AND PATRICK, who made our experience in the Dolomites truly unforgettable. They are exceptional guides who offer far more than just a tour. Their deep knowledge of the region and genuine passion for their home make every excursion authentic, personal, and extraordinary. They do not simply show you the Dolomites — they help you understand them, appreciate them, and fall in love with them just as they have. They were undoubtedly among the highlights of our entire trip. Grand Baita is so much more than a beautiful luxury hotel. It is a place where exceptional service, authentic local experiences, and genuine hospitality come together. You can feel the passion and care that the entire team puts into making every guest’s stay special.

An outstanding boutique hotel offering a wide range of amenities for both summer and winter stays. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the restaurant is an excellent choice for lunch and dinner. The underground parking is a great bonus, the service is exceptional, and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Great location, close to everything we needed. Rooms inside were very clean and comfortable!

The property is very confortabile, very good food and services.

Really, it's the best hotel I've ever been. To me, it seemed like it was held by a franch family . Liked everything. Good parking and location as well. Not cheap but worth every cent...

Great location, amazing views, beautiful room with a kitchen and a balcony, private parking and extremely kind owners. During breakfast they went from table to table to check-in with every guest to give recommendations and suggestions for the day’s plan. I can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Stayed for three nights. The accommodation is modern & stylish, the hosts are kind and attentive. The hotel provides a morning shuttle servis to the lift. It’s a very short drive. Coming back from skiing was easy - there’s a skibus stop a short walk from the hotel.

everything - perfecto! personal was great.

Location, big rooms, clean, excellent food, very friendly staff

Freindly staff and high service. The dinner was fantastic and you could chose between several different choises. Good service in the morning where you were driven to the skilifts.

Great facilities, view and location. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.
