Beautiful vistas, friendly and helpful people, excellent food. The Tavernetta di Scopello, a new restaurant, is casual except for its food which is taken seriously; highly recommend making a reservation.
Riserva Naturale Dello Zingaro is so beautiful. The beaches and tracks are wonderful (but not easy to access, please prepare yourself before plan the hiking and swiming). It makes you realise the beauty of nature. Tonnara di Scopello is a private property, it is unique, exclusive and needs to pay to get in. However, the experience is unique, lots of cats on the estate, some of them loves people attention and even having sunbath with you.
Great for walking and even swimming we went in early October sea still warm and crystal clear, you must visit Cala capreria worth the trek. You could just sit and relax and enjoy the views whilst catching up with some novels. Plenty to choose to eat from a variety of restaurants plus endless gelato.
When we visited in late September, Scopello was a very laid-back little beach town. Most visitors were non-Italian tourists and nothing was crowded, although I can imagine things might be different in summer. The town itself is tiny, with a handful of small restaurants, most with spectacular views and decent food. Amenities are slim: The nearest supermercato was 15 minutes away in Castellammare del Golfo. But the Zingaro nature reserve is a joy and there are some beautiful little beaches.
Scopello is lovely ! A tiny village with a square and 2-3 great restaurants. The sea is a 5 minute drive. You will need to search for one of the many hidden, rocky coves that we found - these are amazing for swimming and snorkeling. Scopello is a must simply for the perfect sea. If in Scopello you must also go to Erice, our favorite place on Sicily. The most important beach is private. There are constant queues to enter the private land it is located on and the cost is 4 Eur per person. Parking for any of the hidden coves is a nightmare. But well worth it..
This delightful village is set at the gateway to the remarkable Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro with one of the most beautiful stretches of unspoilt coastline in Sicily. The Riserva is a must see, though you need to be fairly fit, wear walking shoes and take plenty of food and water with you. Those who prefer a less active approach should head for nearby Castellamare to take one of the numerous boat trips which regularly ply the waters along the coast. Within walking distance of the village is the beautiful Tonnara, an impossibly pretty backdrop for a swim in the crystal-clear waters, but remember to save some of your energy for the steep climb back up to town! The picturesque central piazza is the heart of the village and it's a great spot in which to unwind and watch the world go by. Pasticceria Scopello is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails, delicious pastries (the almond ice-cream is amazing) and an after-dinner amaro (try the Segesta with ice and lemon). Pick of the restaurants has to be lively Bar Nettuno in the Baglio with it's friendly, efficient staff, decent wine list and excellent food (the tuna with a pistachio crust simply melts in the mouth). Alternatively, La Tavernetta, though a little more expensive, serves up decent Sicilian food on a beautiful terrace with stunning views. For lunch, don't miss Panificio di Stabile e Anselmo for a rustic sandwich and delicious panelle, perfect for a hearty bite after a hike in the Riserva.

We were given very clear instructions on how to reach our accommodation. On arrival we were welcomed with fresh sandwiches and yummy sugary treats from the local bakery, very welcome after a long day travelling. Our kind hostess even took our laundry to do as we had been on the go not having a chance to do it ourselves and returned fresh and neatly folded. She couldn’t have been nicer. Also in a great location, super close to Scopello town and only about 2km to Zingaro National Park. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely and comfortable place, great value for money. Beautiful surrounding area. Great view. Communication with Camillo and Brigida was easy and accurate. They were always available and very kind. They gave us a lot of local tips and restaurants suggestions. Air conditioning worked all the way. Private free car park available just outside the door. Scopello is just stunning. The place is just a mile away from “lo zingaro “ riserva. Thank so much for the lovely experience

The location was amazing just off the cliff leading to the Tonnara of Scopello. We had a view to the mountain and the sea from our big terrace. Loved to sit there in the breeze :) The rooms are clean and fairly big. The bathrooms are small but decorated with beautiful tiles. The family running the hotel are kind and accommodating. The hostess speaks some English. The restaurant is the best we tried in Scopello and the view from the terrace is breathtaking.

Located on a hill/mountain, and therefore with spectacular view of the coastline of Sicily. Rooms are clean and spacious. Sun beds available for use with mattress. Infinity pool was just great, could enjoy he view from the pool. Also the pool is regularly cleaned which is a big plus. Hostess was really friendly. Breakfast was really good, a lot of choice between both savory and sweet.

This is a lovely property in a lovely setting. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and charming. She has added many nice little touches to make her guests feel at home and comfortable. She provides a delightful breakfast, including home made pastries. She gave me excellent recommendations for a restaurant for dinner. I should have stayed longer.

Great room near the Riserva dello zingaro and Scopello. The view is simply awesome. The room is new and clean. For 4€ you can have a good breakfast (with vegan options) while watching the sea. If you go to the near beach, the car parking is free.

The Villa has everything you need for a holiday. The location is great, in the middle of olive trees, very calm and still not too far (by car) from the village of Scopello, Zingaro Reserve and Castellamare.

Talia B&B is an excellent choice to enjoy the quiet but gorgeous village of Scopello. Our room was in the first floor and we had a small terrace with an amazing view in the sea. Τhe room was quite big and very clean without any smells or spots. The breakfast was very tasty with local products and the owners smiley and very discreet. The location is excellent, inside the village so you are only a couple of minutes away from everything. I don't know if there is free parking around but we parked our car in the entrance of the village for 5 euros/day (private parking).

The little bungalows are very well equipped, including outdoor table & chairs looking onto greenery, canopy to protect you from the rain, even a laundry rack to dry your swimgear. 5 min. walk to Guidaloca beach (albeit quite busy) and a short drive to the Zingaro Reserve. The managers were ever so helpful with restaurant tips and letting us leave the luggage after check-out until the afternoon while we were hiking in the Reserve.

This is a lovely villa with great sea views from two terraces. Clean and very comfortable - and quiet. Close to Zingaro National Park - about a one kilometer walk. It was also about 1 km to town for meals, in part along a road. Take a torch.

Nice place to stay, staff very helpful. No wifi was the only downside. And the mosquitos.
