Residenza d'epoca Luca Pacioli is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at in Italy. Here 4 stars means 4 stars, unlike most Italian 4 star hotels that are really 2/2.5 stars. The room was spotless and decorated in a way that beautifully integrated the history of the palazzo with the needs of modern clients, and the bed linens and towels were very high quality, an absolute rarity in Italy. The breakfast buffet was decent, not ample, with many locally sourced products, but unfortunately with a fair amount of pre-packaged products as well.

Family run hotel with on site restaurant. Building abuts the city’s fortress walls (hence name MURA). Room Was large, king size bed, nice bedding and duvet, balcony that over looked city wall. In a good part of town, I had some of the dinner menu (huge plate of delicious tagliatelle and a mixed salad only €15). Breakfast ready by 6:30AM and it was full European continental. Hotel was quiet. Very nice staff! Definitely recommend.

Great location and great value. Breakfast is very good, the room is bright and spacious, very clean and the bathroom is big and well furnished. Air conditioning is great in summer. The receptionist is outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and fluent in multiple languages.

We had a lovely stay here with large rooms and bathroom (the photos really didn't give it justice), breakfast was amazing - personally waited on with tea/coffee/crossaints/cakes etc, and the pool was large and warm. There was also a great walk(bike trail) close by, along the river into Citta de Castilla where there are many restaurants and services. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
