We loved everything about the property. The rooms were simple and fit for purpose. The facilities were great, well-kept, and the experience of using them felt luxurious. The best thing about the Property was the view from the lounge area and the outdoor hot tubs - it took our breath away every single time. Being surrounded by nature and the gorgeous landscape felt like a dream. The staff were also exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was perfect! The staff is really friendly - always ready to help with all our questions related to the stay itself and about the surroundings as well. Besides, they provided us Guest Passes to use public transportation for free, so we could get into the Ortisei from the train station in Bressanone. The room was large, clean and very cozy. The breakfast is awesome - a really good choice of food and drinks. Also there is a comfy SPA center that has a couple of saunas and a whirlpool - it was not crowded, so we felt really comfortable there We would be really glad to return back one day!

We were extremely surprised that the Albergo was only rated one star, but guessed it was to do with the fact there was no bar or restaurant for evening meals. However, for us it was absolutely perfect on our skiing break - accommodation was extremely comfortable, warm and clean, the breakfast was amazing (local and fresh produce) and the staff were fantastic - kind and very helpful. Boot and ski room was fab, there was a great TV room with tables to play cards or games at, and the skibus picked up and dropped us off at the door. The views were incredible and in the evenings it was only a maximum 20 minute walk to some lovely local restaurants. For us it was the perfect stay and we shall definitely be booking a return trip early 2026.
