It's a nice traditional farmhouse. The owners were friendly and generous at breakfast.

Loved the breakfast. Looks really good. Was surprised how warm it was inside. Really a well kept place. The rooms are VERY spacious. We were traveling with our 2yr old and they gave us a baby cot per request so another bed was unused. Bathroom had a shower and a tub. Big bathroom. The bed was kind of hard but it didn't bother us. Location is good, near to brescia so we went to lago di garda and lado d'iseo as well. There was also a local vintage fair held inside the villa. We like the vintage stuff so we checked it out some.

A brilliant hotel on the edge of nowhere 🤣 but not far from the highway. The staff is exceptional, very good breakfast.

Everything was perfect, clean room, great breakfast, close to highway...

Every day cleaned, new towels, made beds. Breakfast simple, but good (no warm options like eggs...). Good overall location. 20-30km from two lakes, main road is near so quick and easy travels to bigger cities like Modena, Milan... Working AC, but it is old and a bit noisy at least in our room.

The staff were so obliging they helped with anything and everything.

Clean rooms, 24h reception. Quiet area. Good breakfast, convenient for travelers.

I am grateful and thankful to the kind staff who found my earphones that I had forgotten in the room and actively helped me get them back. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect for a transit traveler, there is free parking, the room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower is of adequate quality. And the kindness of the staff adds a lot to the pleasant feeling.

Good location near the main roads leading into Brescia. Old fashioned style, with a lovely bed and a nice complementary breakfast. There was safe parking in the back and a restaurant for dinner (we didn’t go there).
