Location is perfect. Facilities clean and beautiful. The staff were lovely. When we arrived we discovered we had no electricity (no aircon) in our room. They kindly offered us a new room which ended up as an upgrade. This was so greatly appreciated as we had just finished our first day driving on the opposite side and our hire car overheating, we were exhausted. We stayed 6 nights, breakfast was delicious, Pool was clean with amazing views and room was comfortable.

Julia, the host, was most amazing with anything we needed, we had free parking in a public parking lot where she came to show us where to park, then helped us with our luggage to the apartment. The apartment had everything you need. I'd love to go back!!

Exceptional place with stunning views. This is the perfect place to unwind. Tizianna is a wonderful host, sparing no effort to assist. She even offered the breakfast earlier than scheduled because we had to leave early. The rooms together with he breakfast area are tastefully decorated and the view from the swimming pool is just breathtaking. It will be hard to leave if you do come to this place.

We visited during the new olive oil festival and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the culture. It is a beautiful, walkable town with flowers everywhere, plenty of restaurant choices, adorable shops and a relaxed atmosphere. I could have stayed much longer - there was so much we didn't get to see and do.

Free parking just outside the city. Find theGrocery store tucked away in the main alley to buy paninis and fresh meats/veggies. Very friendly towns people. Don’t miss the murals at the Santa Maria church!

Small and not overrun with lots of foreign tourists. Station very convenient so easy to use as a base to visit Asissi, Spoleto and Perugia, yet plenty to see in Spello. A delightful little hill town. Hard walking up hill but downhill all the way home if accommodation was at the bottom end of the walled city.

Spello is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It’s small but there is always something to see. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from and always a photo opportunity. Spello is an Italian dream.

Spello is a beautiful, super-friendly village that was the perfect town in which to decompress and enjoy a gentler pace of life after spending time in bigger cities. The views were amazing, the people everywhere were kind and welcoming, the food in restaurants amazing, and it is overall a gorgeous village, right on a main train line from Florence to Assisi and beyond.

Everything about it! the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice and antique touches and furnishing. Really good local breakfast spread. The property is located in a beautiful and quiet location in the Umbrian countryside. Good jacuzzi bath and garden to relax. And to the most amazing and friendly host Cassandra, Grazie Mille! Highly recommended!
