Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, convenient parking and gas station nearby! Rooms cleaned every day and clean linens and towels. The friendly receptionist Amjed was memorable! He helped me to extend my room for one more night!

I liked everything: the staff (both at reception and cleaning staff), the room (including the bathroom), the location, the birds chirping outside the balcony.

Great location, nice large room and very good bed. Bathroom is large as well and clean. There is private parking on property which you'll have to reserve in advance. Nicely located, perfect place for a longer stay.

Delightful helpful people and a lovely hotel

Hotel Charleston is based five minutes walk from the Roman Theatre where we saw a great show. The location is perfect! Also, the stuff was were very kind – they upgraded us to a superior room and also booked for us a great restaurant called Sabatini. Highly recommended!

A great property outside of the town centre. It has great parking, excellent restaurants and the rooms are fabulous!

The staff is what set this hotel apart. From the front desk staff to the dinning room staff they went above and beyond.

In our three weeks in Italy in seven towns, this was the best hotel of all, by far. It is a FIVE STAR experience masquerading as 4. The location atop the hill overlooking the town and the Duomo, steps from Piazza Mercato. The room was enormous, with four poster canopy bed, balcony, etc. The breakfast was phenomenal: picture a palace dinner table groaning with fresh RIPE fruit, pastries, cakes, honeycomb, salumeria, cheeses, breads, smoked fish, and eggs to order. Even nine kinds of water! The breakfast table was in a parlor iwth floor to ceiling windows overlooking Spoleto. But this isnt even the best of it, for the best is the host, Roberto. Upon arrival, he made sure we were parked legally, showed us two alternative rooms from which to choose, and recommended a trattoria at which to eat, La Torretta. Alas, when we arrived at the inn, we were told all places were reserved. As we trudged back up the hill, despondent and hungry, a woman's voice cried out "Chiamata! Chiamata!" Turns out Roberto had called in the meantime and made a reservation for us at the inn. We were so happy, and the meal was superb. This is next-level attention from your hotel. Oh, and finally, bion, we had some leftovers from a previous restaurant in Assisi, our last stop. Roberto saw to it that we could use the hotel kitchen's oven to reheat them!! Never waste an Italian meal. In sum, Hotel Dragoni was the highlight of our trip.

Great location with the view of the mountains, few min walk to the Cathedral and great breakfast.

Their picture of the 13th century pedestrian bridge is no lie - there’s an amazing view out over the ravine and across to the Monteluco side of the valley. It’s quiet, the whole of the “centro storico” is an easy walk and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We loved the enormous windows in our room, with the wonderful view. If you like museums, get the Spoleto card - you can visit all 6 museums for a reduced price within 7 days.

Just the right type of hotel for us, who like to be received with a warm welcome.

What a gem... If you like tranquility, good food fantastic service look no further

The most amazing hotel. Surrounded by an oak forest and olive trees, the most beautiful pool has lots of sun and shade. It is so peaceful with just the sounds of bird songs. The wonderful staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, they did so much to make our stay so pleasant. Our room was perfectly clean and very modern. Great shower, big comfortable bed. Everything immaculate. We also had a fantastic dinner in the busy restaurant surrounded by locals all coming for the excellent food.
