Fabulous introduction to Spoleto. Beautiful historic building artfully styled. Charming & friendly hospitality. The most amazing breakfast profiling local fresh foods and food traditions. The most comfortable bed ever and I woke to the sun shining through a panoramic window with a stunning view across the valley

Beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms were very stylishly furnished, with excellent finishes and lovely details. Super fast wifi, delicious breakfast and the most friendly and helpful staff. After two weeks of travelling, my husband treated himself to a massage at the spa, which was well worth it. The location is in the heart of the Historic Centre, with everything within easy walking distance. This is a hidden gem and we can’t wait to stay here again.

A beautiful, peaceful town with a powerful *genius loci*. We recommend a walk in the surrounding area for scenic views. Crossing the Ponte delle Torri and visiting the monumental Rocca fortress are fantastic experiences. The Duomo is situated in one of the most architecturally unique town squares! We discovered a cinema housed in a 12th-century medieval church —impressive!

A quiet Umbrian hill town, not over run with tourists, at least it wasn't in April. The historic center is very, very hilly. I love wandering and walking for miles exploring but the steep hills here made it less enjoyable and more exhausting to wander. The escalators, elevators and moving walkways do help with that effort. So get familiar with them to make the day exploring easier.

We enjoyed the city.

We enjoyed the city. It is much less touristy than other cities in Umbria but still has a beautiful cathedral, castle and many other thing to see. We planned to do day trips to other towns, but decided to spend allour time there. There are wonderful restaurants, and just a very pleasant atmosphere. And virtually no grafitti! The only thing to know in advance is that the streets are narrow and can be confusing when driving. We parkedd our car the day we arrived and didn't move it until the day that we left. Be aware of the ZTL zone and have your hotel register your car to avoid an expensive ticket in the mail later. They will track you down through Avis, Hertz, etc.. Two great restaurants were Tratorria La Torretta, and Restaurant Apollinare

It’s a fantastic place to visit! So much to see! I went back up to the Casa Romana and the Teatro Romano and both were well worth the visit. La Rocca has incredible views and a very interesting museum. Then you can go down to the aqueduct, which is stunning.

A small historic centre on a hillside, with beautiful scenery and cute streets. A great place to sit and watch the world go by. There are a good few interesting historical sites to visit right the the town centre, which is very easy to reach from the train station. It has great places to eat including Osteria del Matto (fixed menu with great freshly cooked, food, but not suitable for vegetarians) and Contrasti Cucina e Ozio, with a high-quality menu and still reasonable prices. La Bottega is wonderful for a glass of wine with quality local salumi, cheese or porchetta. There are really handy underground moving walkways to help you up or down the steep streets and shade you from the hot weather. The bars in the main square offer small aperitivo included in the price of a drink at all times of the day. There is a lot of construction right now(summer 2025) to upgrade older buildings , but I'm sure this will only improve the town.

The apartment is truly exceptional, very well equipped, very modern, and shiny clean. The host, Rita, was really nice and helpful. She also provided plentiful free supplies for an Italian breakfast. Location is very good as well, close enough to the historic part of Spoleto. Parking next to the property was very easy. I enjoyed my stay here and would gladly recommend this property!

Stunning building and communal areas. Beautiful fresh water pool, cold and refreshing. Restaurant staff and man on reception (not owner) were really helpful and accommodating. Free parking was a must, big and covered and felt safe. Quiet place with incredible views. Spoleto and Montefalco nearby are both great places to visit.

Good value for money, hotel situated out of the city center and you’ll need a car to get into town, but other than that the location is great. We had a car, so we had no problem moving around. Spoleto is not a bit city, so there are plenty of free parking lots, which is great. We also liked the breakfast.
