We have stayed in the hotel just one day, but the host of the hotel really managed to impress with an exceptional level of service. The rooms are quite large and clean. The hotel is located in the center of a small Italian city near the Alps. There is a large parking lot in the hotel, which is very helpful especially when you need to park your car in a city center. The breakfast was very good and we were really touched when the owner proposed to serve the breakfast an hour earlier than usual to allows us to catch our flight early in the morning.

Very clean and well maintained hotel with spacious rooms and lovely facilities. The hotel has an elevator, bar and parking along with a fitness center (for extra$) and a really very nice continental breakfast. The staff were very helpful and seemed interested in making our visit memorable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great loxation just by the squre and 5 min from train station. The building is nicly renovated. The room itself is not big but was designed with thought so it feels spacious. In the kitchen nice dishes and everything you need. Super clean! It felt as if we were the first guests.

Nestled in the heart of a charming village, this apartment offers the best of both worlds: a beautiful exterior true to local tradition and a comfortable, modern interior. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Domodossola, while also positioned at the entrance to Bognanco Valley, providing easy access to hiking trails that lead into the valley and the hills surrounding the city. This makes it an excellent base for both day hikes and city excursions. During renovation, the owners kept the traditional exterior but fully modernized the interior, which consists of a living room with a kitchen area and a separate bathroom. The bathroom had a shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of towels, while the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook, including a capsule coffee machine. The sofa bed was comfortable and sturdy and had more than enough space for me. The thermostat is adjustable, and despite the chilly weather during my stay, the apartment was cozy and warm. In addition to the lovely apartment, it was the warm welcome from my host, Anna, that made my stay truly unforgettable. Not only is she friendly, warm, and easy to talk to, but she also made herself available for any needs I had during my stay, even offering to drive me to places that were difficult to reach on foot. Having lived in the region for over 30 years, Anna is an invaluable source of information about everything from local history and culture to tourist activities, which was especially helpful for a spontaneous traveler like me who didn’t have any fixed plans before arriving. For hikers, Anna provides guidebooks and topographic maps from the CAI (Italian Alpine Club), perfect for choosing a day hike. In short, Anna takes hospitality very seriously and goes above and beyond the standard you would expect in most hotels or vacation rentals; she truly makes you feel at home and is passionate about sharing her love for the region.
