It was amazing! The room was gorgeous, really spacious. The pools were both clean and a joy to swim in. The staff were incredible! Best service we have ever received.

We didn’t spend much time in the area as we mainly needed a place to sleep near the Lungolago at a reasonable price, preferably with free parking. The hotel turned out to be a wonderful surprise: very nice, tasteful, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff was excellent and everyone spoke German and English very well. Breakfast was perfect. The room felt a bit outdated to me, but not old – more a matter of taste than condition. Our only mistake was leaving the window open overnight, as the bells woke us up early in the morning. Housekeeping also deserves five stars – spotless! We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, but will do so next time. If we come back to this area, we will definitely book here again. Thank you!

The view is spectacular. The facilities are all sparkling clean. The restaurant deserves Michelin Stars. The staff is very polite.

Exceptional service from a highly professional team.

Stunning location up on the hillside. Fabulous views. Swimming pool with jacuzzi jets is wonderful. Sauna has full glass panoramic windows. Lovely addition of spa area and quiet room. Great transfers to Ascona.

The Marina, the little sister of the Eden Roc. Same friendly people, but one is looking forward, when the big one is ready after all these seemingly neverending works...

Stunning views, friendly staff, simply beautiful

The view from the room was perfect, the room was clean and warm and the bed comfortable. The hotel is easily accessible with buses from both Italy and Switzerland. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the morning I sat outside on the terrace and I was served the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Grazie mille!

Excellent location with view over Lake Maggiore. Very professional, friendly and accommodating staff throughout the stay. Dedicated parking. Varied restaurant offerings at breakfast, and particularly fine for dining on site - exceptional wine list of local and regional offerings. Everything was perfect! Delicious breakfast and very good location. The staff is very friendly!

Arriving in nothing short of a monsoon - the staff were superb in getting us into the hotel with all our luggage and then taking our car to park in their garage. They happily provided us with a lovely meal in our room. Breakfast was excellent - room was lovely with a view right across the lake. Just could not have asked for a nicer stay and will hopefully return
