I didn’t like the room and the bathroom had no towels the fridge too old and the appearance of the bed was awful everything seems old in the room and the moment you left the room they go inside and turn off the ac I don’t like that

I called and informed the hotel about our purpose of visit which was celebration of my 40th birthday. We were told arrangements will be made for it. But, nothing at all was done. Even after reminding the reception forgot again. I am not recommending this hotel.

Their solution was to charge me for one night pass for my Wife ( which they refunded the next day) rather than accommodating me as a guest. The beds were too hard. No microwave. We had a kitchen so we made most of our meals. That being said, groceries are not cheap in Jamaica! Amazing seafood meal at Bashment bar and grill, a little shack on discovery bay beach!!! Don’t let the place fool you, it was the best seafood I have had near Runaway bay for a decent price. Driving is not for the weak in Jamaica, it is a busy road often many delays and can take some time to get to where you are going.
