Hotel seems to be built recently. They had easily accessible coin laundry with wash+dry function which was a savior for us. We got a room with a view to Mt. Fuji and even though it was really cloudy, we got a 10 minute window where we could spot the peak through the clouds.

Breakfast was tasty and beautiful, served by the most attentive staff! We did have half our party opt for the western breakfast and it was presented as beautifully as the Japanese. The table setting and china were gorgeous. One of the staff kindly showed us the viewing room upstairs, next to the wedding chapel, so we could see where Mt Fuji can be seen on a clear day. The desserts at the bar area during the day were so beautiful, they were elegant! So nice of the hotel to provide the clear umbrellas. They even had a large rack for collecting everyone's umbrellas outside, and you just left yours there, and came to get it the next time that you went out. There were so many amenities in the rooms - the robes were so comfortable that I slept in it one night. Slippers, towels, etc - plenty of them and refills! The beds were very comfortable. The clothes steamer was unusual, interesting - we did not use it because we had brought lots of rain gear with us.
