If you want to experience the traditional & more rural side of Japan, stay here! We were very warmly welcomed by Kaako, a fun and caring woman. Her family home lies in a beautiful and quiet environment. The room is spacious with a traditional Japanese lay-out. She cooks delicious meals with veggies straight from her garden. About 20 mins scenic drive from Koya. Highly recommended!

The area was beutiful with some lovely walks. Great for a relaxing time. The host realy went above and beyond. I don't think there is a walkable shop but the hotel is also a restaurant.

We rented a wrong room type for two person and the staff was very understanding and helpful to change the room. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff very nice. A lot of parking space.

Great communication and good plave very well communicated; so many detail in the room which is quite big comparing with others in Japan. They gave us lot of information regarding next ceremonies and place to go. The coffee shop is really nice!!!
