Honestly, I expected discrimination since the hotel was quite far from tourist attractions. Unsurprisingly, there were only Japanese guests as far as we could tell. However, the receptionists were all extremely helpful, professional, and friendly above all. I am from Taiwan and can only speak broken Japanese, yet they didn't treat me differently at all during my stay: unlike some of the restaurant and hotel staff members I had unfortunately encountered elsewhere despite trying not to speak English. Here's the icing on the cake. My wife accidentally forgot a personal item that her late father had left her, because I got the checkout time wrong and had to leave in a hurry. I immediately contacted the hotel, but we were already in a different city far from Gifu. They offered to send the item to our next destination free of charge even though I insisted on paying. I must say the staff was far more professional than some of the staffs of a few expensive, traditional onsen ryokan places we stayed in. Thank you, Hotel Route Inn Ginan Kokudo 21! 誠にありがとうございました！

A (partially) converted love hotel which suited our purpose very well. We were able to park our 2 motorcycles under cover. The large rooms had strong heaters (we arrived wet and cold after a long ride in the rain). There was room service ordered via the TV. Beware it IS (also) a love hotel, so a sense of humour is necessary to make the most of the 'facilities'.

Warm and helpful staff. Comfortable room with all necessary amenities. Great Japanese breakfast. Location is a 7-8 minute easy walk to Gifu’s main bus and train lines., restaurant and shopping. Family Mart is a 3 minute walk.

Very clean and modern hotel in a very practical location. The room was comfortable and the shower amenities were also a nice bonus. The staff at the front desk was also very courteous. The washing/drying machines were also a very conveniently located in the hotel itself.

Variety of restaurants on site. I had dinner and breakfast at the buffet restaurant, the food was excellent both meals, the staff was very friendly. The fitness room and pool facilities were very clean and well maintained. Very nice place

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception was incredible and the hospitality was really welcoming. The breakfast was amazing as well. The view from the room offered an entire view of the city. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Saitama.

The hotel is near train stations and bus stops. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel
