The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. We are very grateful for all the help they gave us. Additionally they serve good coffee, you have a chance to play multiple board games etc. The location is also optimal, right next to the main public onsen.

The room was amazing, completely with private onsen and massage chair. Very relaxing getaway for a few days. Service was excellent. The public onsen was great.

The room is spacious. It is well-designed for modern living in an old traditional Japanese house. Futon is comfortable. Quality of amenities are really good. Location is perfect. The road is quiet at night and early morning before the tourist arrives. Staffs are nice and accommodating.
