Great free access onsen on the rooftop, with city view. Affordable place, spaceous room

We were looking for a one night stay between location during the road trip and this was a very good choice! The property is very clean, staff are very pleasant and helpful, great breakfast with smoothie!

The staff were very nice and allowed us to park in the Car wheelchair parking lot, that we needed as we had a wheelchair.

Tasty Japanese style breakfast. I enjoyed that.

The facilities - the onsen, massage chair, free ramen dinner and also morning yakult.

The rooms were cosy and quaint, had all the ammenities you needed. The hot springs/baths was really well setup and clean, with complimentary goods such as razors and yakult for the full experience. Impressed by the bath setup! Staff incredibly nice and easy to communicate as a foreigner with limited Japanese.

I checked in on April 15, 2025, and accidentally left my tablet behind. I contacted the hotel on the evening of April 16, 2025. The male staff member who assisted me was very helpful—he found my tablet and arranged to have it sent back to me. I'm truly grateful. Thank you so much

Very well equipped room, manuals in English, USB charging outlets, toiletries, towels, fridge, desk, chair, hair dryer, cups, very nice people, possibility of early check in, location in Uber food delivery, railway station not too far, security, slippers, bins for separating waste, electric kettle, mountain view, wifi, LAN cable, elevator

- 5-10 min walk to kofu station, very close to bars - staff were very friendly and helpful, they called me a taxi multiple times - we were able to leave our luggages after checking out so no more need for lockers - breakfast was simple but good - stayed at the family room, the room was spacious and the bath was big!

The architect, interior, furnature, a large staircase to the mezzanine, waterfall from lounge bar, silver cutlery at breakfast table. English speaking stuff, morning paper on the door, on the same day dry ckeaning service at reasonable price.

Located in a quiet area and the front desk was really helpful in getting my suitcase sent to my next hotel via delivery service while i set off for my mountain hiking trip

It was close to bars and izakaya and relatively close to the kofu station
