Great location close to Rusutsu resort. The space was huge, the beds were large and comfortable and the tatami room with futons provided extra comfy bedding when we needed it. There is a television with access to everything. The kitchen was fully equipped and the appliances are all new. This was a perfect set-up for a families to en oy a few days at Rusutsu. The ski/snowboard gear storage room was a welcome bonus! Ken was quick to respond and accommodated our requests. There were many extras that were available if we needed them. We can’t recommend this stay enough!

A very satisfying experience, it is an excellent choice for solo travelers. The place is clean, and the staff are polite and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. The barbecue at the on-site restaurant is very delicious, allowing you to recharge after a day of skiing. I would definitely recommend it to others.

What a fantastic villa! New, lovely design, very clean and very comfortable in a great, quiet yet convenient location. There were thoughtful touches like a coffee machine and even games (Jenga, playing cards). We could not have been happier with our stay!
