Lots of space and really comfortable room. They offer kitchen utensils that we prepared some snacks before bed. The soundproof is good even though it’s closed to the station. The check-in procedure is all automatically so traveller need to make sure to check email carefully.

We loved the layout of the room! Very spacious and clean. There was more than enough room for the 4 people in our group, including our luggage. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location was between 2 konbinis and plentiful vending machines so even if you didn’t feel like walking anywhere, convenience was just out the main entrance. The views from the 12th floor were spectacular!

I loved the convenient location to and from Itami airport and option to use the airport bus from a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. I loved that the hotel was right at the Tennoji train station, and we were able to catch our train to and from locations in Wakayama prefecture very easily and then just walk to / from the hotel. The view from the room was a spectacular city view and our room was very comfortable - including the bed, bedding, pillows, shower, and amenities. I wanted to leave an item of value at the hotel before going on a multi-day hiking trek (Kumano Kodo) and the manager had given permission to leave it in a safe box for me. I didn't end up leaving it but it was excellent that I had the option and that the staff was so accommodating. We loved the tremendous and delicious breakfast buffet and views from the restaurant and the discount voucher for guests at the hotel.
