Very clean, comfortable location, very quiet and room has a plenty of space

The location is convenient and the place is good for a family of 4/5 pax. The place is specious and sparkling clean. It has basic items like an oven mini fridge and Water heating which takes care of quick reheating and storing needs. Lawsons store is just the road cross. There is a person at reception during working hours for any issues or suggestions we have. Over all a good place. 😀

The room was very spacious, facilities were a bit cramped for 2 people space but otherwise very good. Loved the microwave and fridge freezer. Lots of space for sitting at a table. Beds were also very clean and comfy. Also loved the elevator.

the room is great for a single traveller. The single room is perfect with enough space for a medium size luggage and the table is great for girls and doing their skincare, makeup and even eating. the location is absolutely a great spot with a lawson below for quick bites and a restaurant to eat in the morning and afternoon. a denny's nearby for dinner if you have not gotten any food after a long day out. Very near tokyo and ginza station if you need to travel out.

Location is perfect. Super comfortable room. The bed sheets and comforter are superb. We left tokyo for a couple of days and left our luggage in the hotel. We paid great price about 1500 yen. Yhe staff is nice.

The property was clean and it is situated very near to the train station. It has convenient stores and a great coffee shop - Live Coffee nearby.

Enjoyed the breakfast and evening ramen, free ice cream at reception, relaxing onsen and sauna, location few minutes from the tokyo station and nearby stations of Hibiya line and keiyo line

It was a great experience and very unique front desk self check-in, check-out. Especially with the robot front desk ladies. We were all surprise and we were so comfortable with our stay.

Great for getting to and from Tokyo Disneyland. Only a 5 minute walk to the station on the Keiyo line that takes you there.

I really liked that the hotel is located near train stations. There are two train lines that can easily take you anywhere in Tokyo, including both tourist and non-tourist areas. The neighbourhood is very quiet while still being conveniently located. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially with my online queries prior to our arrival. The room was also very spacious, which is uncommon for a typical Tokyo hotel room. There was more than enough space for the four adults staying there. It was also nice to have a service area on each floor equipped with a microwave, sink, and washing machine. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

As in all Japan the rooms are small but they are very smart, just ok for us. You have all you need, very good wi-fi, tv channels. Very good location where you can take the metro. Walling distance to Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen.

The staff are amazing and very helpful! Very clean and organised everywhere. The room was very nice and cozy and location it’s very good regarding the connection with public transport. Definitely will stay here again.
