Everything. The apartment is impeccable—a beautifully restored historic house with real space to live in, a fully equipped and genuinely functional kitchen, and a good supermarket a 10-minute walk away if you want to cook. The ryokan breakfast served in the room is outstanding. And the kaiseki dinner (Gozeniwa catering, served in the room—book it in advance, it's worth it) was one of the best meals of our entire trip in Japan: torafugu sashimi, salt-grilled ayu from the Naka river, wagyu, local yuba and konnyaku. Staff are attentive without ever being intrusive. We spent a full day here without leaving the property and didn't regret a minute of it.

Dortoir de style capsules adéquat mais fabriqué en DIY (quelques trucs mal faits mais bon, ça va). Excellent petit-déjeuner. Bel endroit, belles déco et lounge pour relaxer et prendre un verre.
