Very clean and well- run. Polite, professional staff. Great location to Kottoni station - barely a 5 minute walk and Kottoni links to other destinations. I stayed for a week and used it for day trips out with a place to return to in the evening.

Lots of space! It was like an apartment with a bedroom, a kitchen (with kitchen materials), a toilet, a bathroom, and a living room. It even included a washing machine (with detergent)!

Very spacious, beautiful design, highly functional. We felt comfortable like at home. The clothes refresher was a welcoming addition and fun to use.

Staff provided professional service. Some were welcoming and kind. Breakfast was substantial, varied and delicious. And lastly, the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Sapporo Station but you must make a reservation first.

A nice hotel near Sapporo station - everything is as described in the offer - room was clean and quite spacious - staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but it is the same every day. Generally I recommend this place to everybody.

New hotel with great amenities, close to the north exit of the Sapporo station. Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped with a critical translation when my confirmed flight was cancelled by the airline.

The staff it's friendly and it's close to the station. The have an amenities bar which is more convenient to use in my case.

This is a great place to stay in Sapporo. Not quite in the center of the city, but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and easy to walk to Odori Park area. The staff was lovely, the room was quiet spacious and bedding was comfortable. If you have the chance, check out the Gundam bar/lounge next door owned by the owner as well.

Great location, very quiet and peaceful for a hostel (no party scene which we appreciated) but the downstairs common area/cafe was still very nice. Super friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and all the guests were very courteous to one another.
