Very clean and new. Breakfast was great - western breakfast included two big French toasts with syrup, fried egg, small salad and coffee/tea/juice; Japanese Breakfast included rice, some kind of miso sup, a dish with 9 different pieces of food, quite small. Paid by card for the stay at the hotel.

The room was much more spacious than your average Japanese hotel, with very good facilities. Lovely large bed. Breakfast was fine, not wonderful, but fine for the price.
