Lovely place too stay and the owners are quiet supportive. Just recently opened so everything is new and modern. The room was simple but comfortable on the second floor. It had a decent size and didn’t lag anything. What I liked the most was the Izakaya below which served nice food and drinks and is run by the owners as well.

Everything . The onsen amazing…. A hot rock sauna room plus normal sauna excellent. Infinity outdoor hot onsen views wonderful . Food excellent… suggest a 15 minute delay on starting to allow for the rush! Great views, free drinks, snacks, snow freeze in foyer such a nice touch . We upgraded to a room with a shower but loved the onsen for evenings. Would return and disregard bad reviews…. We kiwis loved it .

Amazing host Wataru Very kind Wataru kindly drove us around as we were not able to rent a car on our international license. He showed us amazing tasty places to eat And traditional shops soya sauce and candle store . Highly suggest you take a car to this location
