The room was clean and comfortable

Excellent deluxe room, with massive bathroom (with bath and separate shower) and huge TV, and even a PC! Large comfortable bed. It seems like cereals, toast, coffee and noodles are available all day (self service), so I had no problem having breakfast at 0600. There was easy parking too . Excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel was great. The metro was a 5 minute walk. I loved our room because it was big and had a big bathroom. The room included amenities which was great.

Lokation was close to metro and lots of restaurants.

I love staying here because it is close to the KSPO dome. It is very convenient for my friends and i when we attend concerts. I love the staff. They remembered us and always great and help with a smile. Even got a small snack pack of different snacks from Korea.

Choosing to stay at this hotel was a fantastic decision. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind, making my stay pleasant from check-in to check-out. I was especially impressed by how they handled my requests with a smile. The location is unbeatable. It’s very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around, and there are so many great restaurants nearby that I didn’t have to go far for delicious meals. It’s also right next to Lotte World, which makes it the perfect spot for anyone planning a sightseeing trip. Most importantly, the room exceeded my expectations. It had such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that I was able to get a great night's sleep. The bedding was excellent as well. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely stay here without hesitation!

Strategy location with cozy room

Loved the location and the lake view. The breakfast was excellent and the room was bigger than expected. Last but not least the staff were super friendly :) We walked around the Lakes and the air quality is high in Jamsilro.

A bit far from the airport or downtown of Seoul, but definitely good value for a 4-star hotel, near bus stops, typically 12-15 CAD taxi to Jasmil major transportation hub, and yes, LOTTE is in Jasmil and you can take airport bus 6200 at Jasmil, 1 stop (about 1 hour away from ICN). Very good breakfast serving. Even though you don't know any Korean, you will love this place. PS: Google map and Googke translation work! Staff members are willing to help, and they are polite and nice!

The view. Great service and English speaking staff, efficient with all enquiries. The Wonder Door connection to Lotte Adventure World was a great perk, shaving time off our way to and from the Park.

This is probably the most comfortable hotel that I have been to during winter. Thanks to the comfy and warm bed, I slept so well. The toilet having both the usual bidet plus a water hose feels like a luxury. It is amazing to see there is a huge massage chair in the room, although I didn't get the chance to use it due to tight schedules. Also love the lightings as it is bright and not dimmed like some other hotels. Very convenient to travel to and from the airport with the airport bus 6200 stopping just 5mins away from the hotel. The nearest subway station, Cheonho has underground fashion mall too for a quick shopping spree. The surrounding area is bustling with street businesses and it feels so lively. I will definitely choose to stay here again to go for events at the Olympic Park as it is just 3 stations away and takes less than 10mins.
