The host was very friendly and he was speaking good English, so we understood each other without a problem. Apartments are comfortable, especially beds. They are clean and spacious.

A bang for your buck. The hotel is walking distance from the train station and has loads of great restaurants closeby. The room and bathroom is clean and spacious. The ac remote is joint with the TV remote which took time to figure out. THe pentry at entrance level had everything you needed, easy food, water, drinks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They directed us to the subway to get to the rail park and even called the taxi for us. Staff Park Hyunjung managed to get us a ride to the bus terminal, as we had 3 big luggages. Taxi in Chuncheon are sedan only and can take max 1 medium/big luggage.

Very warm welcome. Even asked us if we need any chargers. Parking is free. The floor in the room wasn’t that nice. No carpet. A little rundown.

Lots of extras provided in room to make stay comfortable. Useful laundry area. Simple help yourself breakfast if toast. Coffee machine and drinks available all day for free. Nice walk along the river to Chuncheon-si.

Hotel is new and modern. Lobby is welcoming, quiet location and good soundproofing. Lots of eateries and restaurants nearby. Comfortable (on the softer side) and big beds. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. Good amenities (flat iron/hair dryer, kettle, skincare/lotions provided). Easy check in/out process. English communication was basic and sufficient. Washing machine in the hotel and laundry mat in front of the hotel. Nothing to fault.

I will remember my stay for a long time in this beautiful hotel full of artwork and views over lovely Nami island. Being able to stay on the island after the daytrippers leave is a very special privilege. The room was very cosy and it was just the most relaxing time.
