The staff were very friendly and could speak English, which made communication easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was a bus stop within a short walking distance, making it convenient to get around. There were also several restaurants nearby, and a Seven-Eleven right in front of the hotel, so finding food and daily necessities was very easy. If you plan to stay here while exploring Seoul, I recommend starting your daily activities as early as possible. Public transportation options become more limited at night, and taxi fares can be quite expensive. It's a good idea to plan your evening travel in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel. 😊✨

Beautiful traditional Hanok hotel – special, unique, and the perfect way to experience Korea As soon as we arrived at the front of the hotel, we knew we had made the right decision for our final night in South Korea. The whole place felt unique and special, like stepping somewhere completely different from a standard hotel experience. Check-in was easy, although the reception staff only spoke a little English. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, so we waited in the lobby area, which was beautifully air-conditioned and smelled amazing. We had originally booked a Deluxe Super King Room and were initially given an accessible room next to the lobby area. Although the room itself was lovely, it wasn’t what I had booked, so I went back to reception and politely asked if we could move. There were no other rooms of the same type available, so instead we were given a complimentary upgrade to the Ondol room — and it was incredible. The upgraded room was absolutely stunning, with a separate bedroom, seating area, relaxation space, beautiful wooden bath, and our own private courtyard with outdoor seating. Unfortunately it rained for most of our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside area properly, which was a shame. Everything about the hotel felt luxurious and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room included Molton Brown toiletries, fluffy dressing gowns, a complimentary minibar with fruity water, beer, and San Pellegrino, plus a coffee machine and water dispenser. There was even a massage chair which looked slightly out of place at first, but after lots of walking and exercise during our trip it ended up being amazing — even if slightly painful! We were also given vouchers for two complimentary drinks, including tea, coffee, or juice, which was another lovely touch. The hotel backs onto Songdo Park, which is absolutely beautiful, with bridges, deer, and plenty to explore. The surrounding area felt peaceful and scenic.

Super luxurious, spacey & modern airport hotel. We even had a great dinner at their Swell Lounge. Only challenge is, that irbid actually 2 hotels - the East and the West Tower. And booking does not indicate, where one has the room(s).
