The location was fantastic for us, so close to everything but in a quiet location that you felt like were part of the neighbourhood (quite an authentic feel). The breakfast was awesome and the rooms spacious. The staff were what made the stay great there, always welcoming (with fresh juices everyday you arrive back from a day out) and super helpful. They arranged everything we asked them for and even helped arrange our visa back to Vietnam within 24 hours, which ended up cheaper than going direct to the embassy. I can’t fault the customer service at all, the hospitality was incredible and Michal was very informative about where to go, eat and shop! Thanks guys and we will be back to stay on our next visit to beautiful Luang Prabang

Although not luxurious, it was very comfortable, very clean and the staff were so accommodating and friendly and helpful beyond measure. The location can not be beat! Everything of interest is within close walking distance. The hotel staff also arranged my trip to waterfall and a sunset cruise at Sa Sa Cruise across the street and it was fabulous! They also arranged my pickup taxi back to the airport. Fresh linens daily and a huge, flavorful breakfast every morning: omelette, baguette and jam, huge plate of fresh fruit, lassi of choice and coffee. I cannot say enough good things! I totally recommend this hotel for a moderately priced stay in Luang Prabang.

Beliggenheden i den gamle by, lige ved Mekong var meget fin. Hotellets morgenmadscafe på flodskrænten er fantastisk velplaceret. Muligheden for morgenmad hele dagen er super god; fjerner alt tidspres og giver mulighed for at nyde udsigten til Mekong i lang tid. Meget venlig og hjælpsom service.

The hotel may blend with all the other buildings in the area but it is definitely a standout once you see yourself lounging in the lovely terrace by the Nam Khan River and passersby look your way in awe. Our room had a balcony facing the road and overlooking the river and it was superb. Wooden furnishing, super comfortable bed, free stuff from the bar (an opening promo), and a lavish shower made our stay truly comfortable. Add to that the amazing service from the staff right from the reception to the food up to the cooking class (I highly suggest that you opt for this experience). Many special thanks to Mr. Zack, Chef Noy, Mr. SOne & Mr. Bounmee for making our stay relaxing and carefree in Luang Prabang. PS The classic Mercedes is a fine touch!

We liked the comfort of the hotel, the room size, the bathroom. It was a quiet and the location was really good. We liked the wooden floors, everything was beautifully designed. We loved having our room made up everyday, the hotel was spotless, everybody took pride in their work. We loved the delicious breakfast by the Mekong, especially the toast. The staff arranged taxis and visits for us. Their Engish is good and we appreciated their help. The staff are happy, and obviously enjoy their work. That meant a lot to us.

The serenity and imagination that has gone into making this boutique hotel a wonderful home to enjoy. The library was particularly welcoming as was the dining. To have breakfast cooked for you rather than a buffet was refreshing. Beautiful antiques wherever you look.
