The rooms are great, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. The breakfast was excellent, featuring rich local cuisine flavors. Its location is perfect—positioned at the beginning of the main road and very close to the beach. Additionally, the staff and the owners are incredibly hospitable; they are respectful, attentive, and make sure to take care of everything we needed.

Tranquil and serene. There are peacocks in the morning that frolic in the field of baby mango trees. The cabanas are set back very far from the street, so I slept very deeply. The entire property is shaded with enormous old trees and positioned for a wonderful breeze to flow through so the heat is minimized. The A/C and hot water worked well, and the room was clean and comfortable. Mattresses seemed fairly new which is always a bonus! The staff was friendly and had all the information I needed about where to eat, how to arrange for excursions, and was always available to answer my questions. I didn’t stay in the dorm-style rooms but I popped into the washrooms to rinse my hands and they were super clean! As a former backpacker this is always a big one for me. Oh! I also used their yoga area, there are so many places to enjoy some space outside. Def recommend if you want somewhere private and calm, Arugam bay is very loud and bustling with people so this was a lovely respite from the cacophony of the tourist season.

It was the perfect base for our visit to Arugam Bay. The rooms are clean, spacious & quiet.. The beach is in 50m walk. The owners of the hotel were lovely as well, and were happy to help with anything. The A/C is very good. different breakfasts wait in every morning. No ants or insects in the room. I extend my stays there for their good service and the best room. Highly recommend this place.

By far the best place to stay in Arugam Bay! The owner is so kind and helpful. I had a whole dorm to myself. Showers are very nice and hot water!! Only a 15 min walk into town and it’s a beautiful walk so don’t let that deter you from staying here. Breakfast was great as well!!

It was really an amazing place to visit the staff was so friendly and cool. Had so much fun u will see it soon u visit the resort. They had so much games for entertainment. The pool area was so clean and the view is amazing. It was a worthy place for a good price. I Highly recommend this stay.

Location couldn’t be better, right in town and close walk to Main Point. The check in process was really easy, and the rooms were surprisingly quiet given the proximity to bars and the beach. Phenomenal place. Selvi was really kind and helpful.

Location - 2 min from Main Road, 4 min from the beach. Very clean, hot water, the staff is super friendly, and the pool is awesome! But, the real value for me was Mustafa - the manager. For my entire stay I felt like the hotel's princess. My every need was met - even before I asked it, he walked me to and from the hotel after dark to make me feel safe (solo traveler). Also, I was consulting with him regarding a taxi back to the airport, and instead of "fixing" me with his friends, he booked me a local bus directly to the airport. With his OWN money, thus saved me around 160$.

The ambience of the place was always great with a super friendly staff always there to help. The food and cocktail options were amazing and it certainly exceeded all of my already high expectations. The location itself is extremely convenient which was just about a 50m walk to the beach.

Location is perfect - right in front of the beach and all visits easily reachable by walking (main point 3min) or tuk tuk (peanut farm beach / elephant rock) Breakfast was great. Especially i want to mention the stuff, they were super happy, supportive and helpful with every question or request. One of the best hotels we have been so far. Clean, nice, feels luxurious for a good price (156€ 3 nights in april).
