The host is warm and genuinely welcoming. He shared a bit about the property’s history, which added even more value to our experience here. It’s clear that there is genuine care and dedication invested in this place, making it feel truly special. I highly recommend visiting this place in every season to enjoy the beautiful views, whether from the cabin’s terrace or the dock by the lake. A very interesting experience staying in a 100 year old wooden building. Very clean no matter what and the linen is fresh. The breakfast, served in style, is especially impressive. Great place to walk during the day with a park and several trails.

Laundry to wash clothes was nice, but the dryer did not dry. No big deal. The room was quiet and comfortable. A nice shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed except: The Booking writeup brags about the 6 1/2 foot bed. Great for my long legs but even though the bed was 6 ft, the comforter was not.
