I stayed at Aziki in Tafedna for three nights in December over New Year’s, and it is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. What makes Aziki truly special are the people who run it. Tachfine and Amina are the soul of this place. Tachfine takes care of everything practical and has restored the house with such care, simplicity, and beauty that you immediately feel welcome. Amina is a divine cook – honestly, she deserves a Michelin star. The food alone is worth the journey, and it is the best I have ever eaten in Morocco. The atmosphere is wonderful. You are not just a guest – you are among family. There is calm, silence, endless views of the ocean, and a rare kind of beauty rooted in simplicity. It is pure, understated, and deeply nourishing. Being there feels like a cleansing of the soul. Every evening, all guests gather around one long communal table for dinner, like in an old-fashioned guesthouse. You share incredible meals and conversations with fascinating people from all over the world. I often say that staying at Aziki feels like coming home to your parents for Christmas and being completely spoiled. When my niece was sick, she was cared for with such kindness. She was given herbal tea, specially prepared with herbs that Tachfine picked fresh from the garden every morning. That kind of care is unforgettable. Aziki is beautiful and rural, yes – but the true beauty of this place lies in the soul that Tachfine and Amina bring to it. Without them, it would just be a house. With them, it becomes a loving home where you are genuinely welcome. I love this place. It is rare, unique, and goes straight to the heart.

Everything! From initial contact via email to the day we left Mohammed, Aisha and family were such wonderful hosts and treated us like one of the family. Great communication and nothing too much trouble. They even finished decorating another bedroom in time for our visit so they could accomodate all 13 of my family! Perfect location for exploring the local area and extremely quiet at night so slept well! Mohammed helped us arrange visits to the local market and hamman, showed us some amazing caves and happily answered our numerous questions about the moroccan culture. And yes the other reviews are right.... Aisha's cooking is AMAZING and the best food we ate the entire trip. Cooking a tagine on the beach with her is a must. The kids are still talking about it. If you want a true moroccan experience then you'll love this place. We definitly hope to return again soon. Thankyou Mohammed and family x

Truly amazing people, a delicious breakfast, and an oasis for us along the way.

I return to this place again and again. I am delighted and very satisfied with this place! Nature, silence, aesthetics, truly sincere kindness, great food, comfort everywhere… many different places to relax - reading, yoga, sunbathing… beautiful walking places to the ocean. Thanks to the people who created it! True beauty!

It was wonderful, the location fantastic and the view unparalleled as it is nestled by a secluded beach ideal for leisurely strolls, while the owners proved extremely friendly and helpful and the food exceptional, particularly the breakfast which was prepared with evident care and love.
