I had a very good experience starting with the receptionist who was very kind and polite, I think his name was Abdullah, that guy deserves a rise. Also the room was clean and cozy with a balcony with nice view (a bit loud but ok for short stays). Position wise it’s perfect, very close to the airport just 15 minutes with the taxi and there are a lot of shops next to the hotel, the area is not the safest but it’s nice. The most satisfying thing was how welcoming the receptionist was, he even printed my boarding pass.

The staff are really friendly. The hotel is nice and decorated to a high standard.

The staff members were amazing specially the girl at the reception and the young one who clean.

The hotel was decent. Showers were an issue but Everything else was perfect. Staff were very nice. Ilyas and ismail was very helpful and good people.

The staff was super available and kind, the location was nice and clean, the position was safe and comfortable.

Plus points - The hotel was very spacious. Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. The staff we so lovely and genuinely wanted to help, particularly Ali. He was great. We never used the pool, but it looked clean and wasn't too busy. I would definitely stay here again. Things to note- There is an alcohol shop called Victoria round the corner from the hotel. The big supermarket and McDonald's is about a ten minute walk. We didn't find any restaurants near the hotel that sold alcohol with dinner, but the food we had was fabulous even without wine😂 You have to go along the beach for licenced premises. It's a great place to stay if you like a bit of a walk to the beach. If not, you can use the orange taxis. They're very cheap.

Beautiful hotel , a little piece of heaven

From A to Z, everything was perfectly well arranged. It started right from the reception:. there were enough staff members at the front office, which made the check-in process smooth and calm. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and Khadia kindly offered to store my luggage safely, which I really appreciated. She was extremely helpful and professional, knowing exactly how to speak to guests in a calm and friendly manner. The fact that she could assist in English was also very pleasant. The hotel itself is wonderfully quiet. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. What I personally liked a lot was that there was water available in the room. Sometimes after a long journey you forget about these small details, so this was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. I will definitely come back here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I was very happy with the service. Everything was arranged good. They even gave us an upgrade to a prestige suite and everything was explained super well by Salma. Yassin was very polite and helped us with everything that we needed. We will definetly come back

The Dominion Palace Hotel is exceptional. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. From when you arrive in the stunning foyer to my beautiful room. With a fabulous swimming pool and a fully equipped gym who would want to leave! In a terrific position, easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Our room was very spacious with a living room, bedroom area and a balcony overlooking palm trees. It was cleaned everyday which was very pleasant. We also took advantage of the pool which was very nice and the hotel restaurant. The staff was very helpful and nice too!

Parking, spacious room, they woke me up by phone as I asked them to.

I had an amazing stay which I even extended by an extra night. The reception staff were friendly. My room was cleaned daily and I got fresh towels thanks to the lovely lady named Fatima, and the breakfast was delicious. The souk is within walking distance. If I ever be in Agadir again I will definitely come back
