The staff is very understanding. We arrived very late into the night, and the hotel manager greeted us very politely. It really felt welcoming. It's also exceptionally clean, from the bedsheets to the bathroom. They also provide shower gels, dental kits, coffee, and tea, and a dryer in the bathroom. If you rent a car, or use the taxis the location itself is not that bad (we paid about 11 euros for a taxi from the hotel to the center of the city - 15 mins to get there). Also, the AC unit is powerfulllll - it cooled the room in less than 5 minutes to 17 degrees, when it was about 30 outside.
