The aria..... Wow. High Mountain all around, river beside the bungalows, plenty of birds running on the surface of the river, cows and smells(I missed it) 😍😍. Cottage smells, very helpful, friendly(❤️), very clean and natural environment. Very kind people. Happy to come again in the future for a few days more than this time. I wish them good luck for their future.

We had an amazing stay at Cottage Retreat and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The open-plan living area on the ground floor was spacious and inviting, and the upstairs bedroom with two double beds had comfortable mattresses, ensuring we slept really well. We especially appreciated the host's attention to detail, both inside the house and in the garden. Small touches like providing slippers and citronella incense sticks to enjoy peaceful evenings on the terrace made us feel welcome and showed how much care had gone into creating the space. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Finding the cottage was very easy thanks to the video she sent us with clear driving directions. We also booked a boat tour on Lake Skadar through her. On the day of the tour, she unexpectedly went into labour, yet she still took the time to make sure someone else was there to welcome us and that everything went smoothly. We would have completely understood if the plans had changed, but her kindness, reliability, and dedication really impressed us. We hope everything went well and wish her and her family all the very best! :) The location was another highlight. It's just a few minutes from Virpazar, where Lake Skadar boat tours begin, yet the surroundings are incredibly peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy a good night's sleep, and unwind after a day of exploring. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook, there's plenty of parking space, and it's an excellent base for discovering the lake, nearby wineries, and the surrounding region. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Skadar.

The property is very well kept, clean and modern. The bedding is good quality and we all had a very comfortable sleep. The location is very relaxing and perfect for accessing Virpazar. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. There is a table outside which is under a canopy, so can be used even when the weather isn't perfect.

Our stay was fantastic! The owning family is so friendly, highly responsive and available. We had the pleasure to have dinner prepared by the owner, the best food ever if you wish to try local food, go for it. We felt part of the family, I highly recommend this place! The location is very good, if you wish to see the Skadar lake. We also did a private boat tour arranged by the owner (at a very good price compared to all the offers available) and it was perfect! The room was quite spacious, clean, the beds comfortable, we had everything we needed for a good stay!

Very cool cabins just out of Virpazar and away from the hustle and bustle! Handy to have a car here to get there with ease. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook dinner. Very comfortable and all facilities were great. Our host Milan organised a boat tour for us on Lake Skadar and it was also amazing with our guide Phillip who was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly!

Amazing stay, Bato went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Was such a lovely atmosphere with the other guests. Also very grateful for local advice and tips! Would recommend to anyone!
