The house itself was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, ideal for families or a quiet getaway. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. It was a great mix of nature, comfort, and convenience. What really made the experience unforgettable was the host. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay.

Possibly the most picturesque setting I’ve ever stayed in over Christmas. Grandad was brilliant, and helped us out to no end after a snow storm blew in a cut us off! We had a really lovely time and I would recommend the place to anyone wanting a basic but heart-warming stay in the wilds. Thank you for a great stay!

If you’re looking for a home away from home, a mountain paradise, and a true sense of serenity, this is the perfect place to stay. I was initially a little skeptical, but the moment we arrived, any doubts disappeared. The feeling was simply unmatched. The cottage is exceptionally well maintained and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was spotless, and the interior design reflected great attention to detail throughout. The host, Bojan, is incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. He was always available to help and made us feel genuinely welcome. The views from the cottage are absolutely breathtaking and seem perfect from every angle. If you’re planning a visit, be sure to book well in advance, as it fills up quickly. Thank you, Bojan, for your outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be returning very soon.

This property is extremely new, fresh, and well staffed. You can enjoy the nature while being surrounded by the contemporary furniture and appliances, which very rarely comes together. Attention to details is one of a kind.

This place is in a perfect location—just a 10-minute walk to Kolasin town and the nearest restaurant, and only a 17-minute drive to the 1600 slope. The area feels beautiful and safe, and the accommodation itself is warm, cozy, and inviting. A great choice for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!
