Everything was perfect. The room was clean, the view was amazing, and all the room amenities were of high quality. Being relieved with some welcome macarones was a gentle touch also. The connection between the hotel and the beach club is also super friendly making it easy to access and enjoy both pool and adriatic beaches. We also booked a table in the hotel rooftop that has an amazing view and good food. Last but not the least, the staff was very friendly, always available. For sure one of the reasons of the great experience.

Excellent location. Exceptional service of professional and friendly staff that couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Every detail from overall design of the hotel, facilities, and quality food down to the smallest details, are part of this excellent experience. Just a pity we couldn't stay longer.

From the friendly greetings at the front desk to the delicious meals - a wide selection of breakfast and a la carte, the wonderful staff including the manager who drove us to our tour because there was a traffic jam and our taxi was delayed.  I simply cannot say enough positive and praise for this place. I highly recommend guests to try the stay, meals, and comfort. The location is awesome as its right by the ferry boat and boats to explore the other islands.  Hotel Capitano has given us a lasting impression of good memories. I'll definitely be back for a future stay.

Our stay at One&Only Portonovi was an absolutely incredible experience. The property is truly impressive, perfectly blended into the beautiful surroundings of Boka Bay, with exceptional attention to every detail. We would especially like to highlight the amazing staff, who are a true example of world-class service. From the very first moment until our departure, everything functioned flawlessly. The employees were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help, with a genuine smile and warmth that is rarely seen. From a hotel like One&Only we expected excellent service, but they exceeded all our expectations. One&Only Portonovi is not just a hotel, but an unforgettable experience that we will cherish for a long time and will definitely return to.
