The people were outstandig, starting with the Host Beatrice. Before arrival Valerie the owner assisted us with all our transfers ensuring everything ran smoothly. Upon arrival our bags were carried up for us and we were greeted with warm smiles and deliciously cold welcome drinks. Treated like rock stars. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our bed was beautifully decorated with flowers and a heart shaped towel for our honeymoon. There were even hot showers (not that you need them) but after a week of cold showers it was very pleasant. The food was amazing and overall very good value for money. The Happy Komba team went above and beyond for us. I see why Valerie named it Happy Komba lodge as the staff are all very happy with big smiles always. We will definitely be back.

We have had a beautiful extended weekend. I rate the VERONIKA Resort very, very positively. Truly beautiful, newly built resort, in gorgeous nature. The staff is very kind and friendly. The cuisine is excellent, number one. There's a beautiful coral garden right in front of the resort. The trips and overall organization are very good. The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return next year. Dorisy

We have the most fabulous stay at the lodge, which we will not forget. Even before we arrived, the lodge manager was extremely helpful arranging our transfer from Nosy Be. We were greeted by the staff with a fresh coconut and a snorkel kit. We enjoyed our afternoon snorkelling and we even saw a green turtle right in front of the lodge. The room was comfortable and again, the manager was extremely accommodating to all of our requests and arranged our activities. The food was fresh and delicious! There’s not a bad comment I can say about this stay! I am already dreaming of coming back! Thank you for having us!

Despite confirmation # they couldn’t find the reservation from Booking.com. Did manage to sort it out and they agreed to match the reserved price. Clean spacious room with 2 beds. Fan and mosquito nets, generator turned off at 2am though so got a little warm.

The view and rooms are amazing. You are right in the middle of a forest, no contamination. Food is amazing with great vegan options. There is a very little beach but the water is amazing to swim and snorkel. Larry was a great host always ready to meet your needs.

This place went behind our expectations. First of all the location:even if there is a path for the local people in front of the lodge, you practically have like a private beach for the resort itself. We must say we visited in November and the first 2 nights we were the only guests ( what a treat). The sea view bungalow was clean and spacious , the veranda and the sun beds a DREAM. We experienced a high level cuisine thanked to a very young talented chef. Maurice took care of us in a very good way. We appreciated the high speed free internet , the sunset, the perfect massages, the snorkel just in front of the lodge and the private atmosphere of the 5 bungalows. We are happy to come back. The owner Berenice helped us solving a small issue, she was very kind even if we only just spoke on the phone. I hope this place will stay like this, secluded and peaceful. We slept very well . I m a host too , working in tourism since 25 years and appreciate the commitment of the other host like Mme Berenice.
