The owner and her daughter speak fluent English.

    I have been to Ölgiy many times.

    I have been to Ölgiy many times. It still has the feeling of a Wild West dusty town, despite all the high rise buildings popping up now. There are many tourists in town. So there are restaurants that cater for tourists. But there are also enough local Kazakh people to give you the genuine feeling.
