The service and the food was outstanding

We must admit that there was an error in the system and in the price (booking's fault), but the hotel behaved very professionally in this situation and was in constant contact with us, the room was very clean and nice, the staff was also great, a beautiful hotel

The hotel is very very clean and the staff super nice and very helpful. They go above and beyond. Distance from downtown is not bad, depending on how fast or slow the walk is, it is the time it takes to get there. 12 to 15, to 20 mins.

Very quite place, room and beds very comfortable, hot water spa delicious. Breakfast was excellent.

Very tranquil surroundings. The pool was refreshing and offered enough length to actually swim laps. The warm water in the grotto was an added bonus. The room was super comfortable with a balcony that overlooked a green field and a diverse forest. The grounds were well maintained and it was easy to walk around. The staff were exceptional. I thought I had lost something and everyone was very helpful and kind. In the end, I had not brought the item with me. Everyone was understanding and great

This is a very nice hotel. It is over priced but they all are in this city. The room was small but clean with clean sheets and towels. The bed is comfortable. The location is great only a couple of blocks to the main square, but very quiet. The shower has hot water and strong pressure. Compared to 2 other hotels we dealt with they are very honest, which seems rare in a city that tried to rip us off all the time.

The location could not be improved on. It is a few minutes by foot from the centre of San Miguel. The management is very attentive and aim to please (we had a problem with our bed the first night and they took care of it immediately.) The layout of the hotel is ... for lack of a better word, charming.

Nice looking and clean rooms (as well as lobby). Rooftop terrace was very nice. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Location to the centre of San Miguel is fantastic approx 6/7 mins walk. You can go to centre and easily come home to change for the evening. Hotel was fab, breakfast was included even though it didn’t say that. Food was delicious and the staff brought us hairdryer and iron when we requested it. All in all 10 out of 10 for me. I travelled with my daughter and we walked everywhere, felt completely safe all the time!

Great stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate every request, which made a real difference. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the city centre, so everything is very accessible. Would happily stay here again.

The quality of the pillows was amazing.
