Amazing facilities, including the pool, gym, track, tennis court. Beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious. Great selection of breakfasts and drinks! A big selection of shops a short walk from the property. Recommend this stay!

Amazing hotel with beautiful details, absolutely worth it. Feels cozy and luxurious. The bathroom had a very decent size, including a bath tub. The breakfast in the morning was a fabulous plus.

My stay in San Miguel de Allende was excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the waiters were warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to please. You could truly feel their care and hospitality in every interaction. Housekeeping was impeccable. Every day the room was spotless. The bathroom was cleaned thoroughly, all towels were replaced, and even our personal items were thoughtfully organized. Clothes we had left aside were neatly folded, and everything placed on the armchair or around the room was carefully arranged. It was clear that great attention to detail was part of their standard. We bought a few items in town during our stay, and when we returned, everything was already perfectly arranged in the room. These small but meaningful gestures made the experience even more special. The location is excellent, and the overall level of service and attention to detail is truly refined. A wonderful experience. Thank you.

Location is excellent. Cleanliness is excellent! Modern and cozy! Air conditioning works great, as does the hot water! Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful! The mini-fridge is ample. 1600w blow dryer included. Staff is attentive, very helpful, and never intrusive. 24-hr assistance. Loved the ample balcony overlooking the courtyard. Ample storage; no need to live out of my suitcase. Great experience!
