This hotel is amazing, the pool, the bed, the view from the balconies, the staff is super nice aswell!! We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be booking again when we come back to Mazatlan!!!

Everything was clean. The pool was nice. Good breakfast. Good rooms with internet and cable No view to the sea (the highest room does) The sea is 3minutes away. Parking lot. Lobby until 9 am - 9pm Elevator A shower outside the hotel to get of the dirt of you.

Breakfast was usually cold But upon request our server heated our food

Issues trying to get TV to work. It didn't matter to us. It would of been nice to have some music.

I enjoyed everything. The staff is wonderful. My partner has never been, so he said he has never seen people be so kind and treat him so well.

Everything was really good, the staff very nice and friendly. The beds are confortables. The location was great!!

The breakfast buffet is very good and the serving staff very friendly and helpful.

When we got to the Hotel we received a good welcome. The room very comfortable and good Tv channels. The Staffs attention is very good.at ease

No breakfast but not a reflection of the hotel. The President was in Mazatlan and student protests prevented staff from getting to work.

Our favourite place during our Mexico trip! We arrived at the hotel and were told that our reservation through Booking.com had not made it onto their system despite us having a confirmation email and the booking showing in the app. Jose was a star, ensuring we had a room. It was perfect. A great size, clean, sea view. I had the best nights sleep and a hot powerful shower. The breakfast buffet was also delightful. It had every option you could possibly wish for with a chefs station where you could request, eggs, omelettes etc. The team really could not do enough to help us. I’d 100% recommend and wish we were staying here for the remainder of our trip.
