The hotel is in the middle of the old town, everything in the historic centre is walking distance. Hotel guests can enjoy a 3-hour free walking tour which was really informative, we learned s lot about CDMX. To top it off the hotel offers free food and drinks 24 hours, perfect gor guests coming from Europe who have their mealtimes a bit mixed up due to the different timezone. During our departure our driver could not reach the hotel due to some demonstrations and therefore closed streets. In a heartbeat the staff organized 2 rikshas to take us and our luggage (4 people-3 week trip through Mexico) to the place where the driver was waiting. A staffmember accompanied us, to make sure we were ok. That is what we call excellent service. (We have stayed in a lot of top class, large, small and as well charming hotels all over the world, therefore have some experience)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to all major attractions and beautiful surroundings. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and immaculately clean, offering a true sense of comfort. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the room quiet and very clean. The location nearby to the airport was perfect for me as I arrived in Mexico City on a long haul flight and then had to catch another early morning flight the next day. The complimentary airport pickup and drop off makes things even easier. I would however, recommend that their associate at the airport for the pickup has a sign with the name of the hotel, as he was seated in a corner without any reference to the hotel and I had to ask a few people if they knew where to find the hotel pickup point. All in all a lovely hotel. I will definitely book again for my return flight transit home
